I never played it but it's always sad news when an MMO dies. In fifty years you will be able to play Deus Ex just fine(as long as you disable 15 out of 16 cores on your DCPU) but when an MMO goes, that's it. Game over. Literally.

Quite how trading is pvp heavy is beyond me.
Still I'd recomend wormholes, living in a C6. Depending on how many sites I generally spend an hour a day doing PVE stuff in a group, works out very reliably at 200 mil an hour, 250 an hour if we then go and gas and shit.
Then you have wormholes, scan a chain and oh lol I have secret entrance to three differnt nullsec regions today!

I consider trading 'pvp' in eve because it's a sandbox mmo. Almost every single item was made by a player, and those that didn't were put there by players.
By pvp I meant just interacting with other real humans.

I never did try wormholes when I played before. My exploration skills are definitely up to par. Will check-it-out when I start playing again.

played it once too when it first launched, then never played again. over the years the company that made it would send emails begging me to come back to the game, offering promotions and such. then finally they mentioned it went f2p. then finally the emails stopped. i figured the game just died

I don't see why people are getting angry about the lore. The people who write the lore for the main games had input on the lore in ESO.

Wait... I thought the whole point of the Aldmeri Dominion was to wipe out man so that all mer would transcend their physical forms or whatever like the Dwemer tried to? I know there's a few bits in Skyrim about the bosmer and aldermi tut tutting it up in the name of elven supremacy. Argonians definitely don't count as human (lol psychic tree people lizards), so khajiit probably don't either since there's different types of them in elswyr that we never see. By that logic I could see the high elves still seeing the khajiit as lesser creatures, but not what's holding them back from godhood. The whole idea behind the nord/argonian/dark elf alliance is that it's forged from desperation plain and simple... Don't know how you could argue against that one it's spelled right out. The other faction seems somewhere in between the other two in terms of what's holding it together.

I hope we get to see the coral spire at some point, that'd make an awesome dungeon. I'll be checking the game out just cause actual combat is what every mmo ever is missing, and I like the way TES handles magic.
