I'd like a book with a good cyberpunk setting, Transmetropolitin and THB are the only two that pop into my head. A more neuromancer/Shadowrun vibe would be ideal but I'm seriously open to all suggestions, even manga if it's not too goofy.

Blame! by Tsutomu Nihei. It's a manga, but it's some of the best cyberpunk I ever read. and in the realm of comics, it's tied for best with transmet for me personally, though they're good for completely different reasons. here's some high quality scans of the series if you're curious.
