There are so many comics,
I don't think I'll ever have the time to read them all.

What are your favorite Batman-Comics and why?

Broken City - a personal favorite, it's more of a crime noir story than a comic/superhero story.

JLA tower of babel - Justice League story but Batman plays a very prominent role

Batman: Death by Design - Great art, story is okay.

Batman: A Death in the Family - Mostly interesting to read/own as a piece of history because it was a pretty significant event in the Batman continuity (and for comics in general too).

Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth - Pretty heavy and serious, lots of symbolism and deconstructing of themes going on.

The Man Who Laughs - haven't gotten this yet but is supposed to be pretty good, sort of a sequel to Year One.

Batman R.I.P. - kinda stupid and ridiculous but it really highlights what an unstoppable badass Batman can be

All the stuff >43695 mentioned is great too.

People who say Moon Knight is Marvel's Batman clearly know fuckall about either Moon Knight or Batman or both.
