Ah new year, new beginnings (Or at least that's what most say)

3 Months down the line only a few committed will be seen in the gym at the squat rack.

I just wish these people who commit to their fitness lifestyle remain committed for once in there life!!!

My gym was actually a ghost town today. A PT who works there said it was because all the college kids are back in school now. Still that petite hottie with a totally flat chest and tiny butt was there, thank Allah.

It's time again.

Just food for thought OP but they turn up for a few weeks, gradually showing less and less and by February it's back to normal at the gym with the ones who last just replacing the usual attrition. However they will spend weeks or months telling themselves they'll start again soon, paying for the gym an so subsidising us.

At the end of the day the worst people to share the gym with are PTs because their clients on paying for their time so fuck putting anything back where they found it.

Resolutions vs. Goals

Goals > resolutions

Fucking douchebags. Why do people got to wait until the new year starts to go to the gym and workout to better themselves? They shouldve started going way before the new year. That just means that they'll die out in the next month and no more wasted space being taken up by these faggots. "New year new me!". Gtfo with that bullshit. It's worse with women than it is with men. But, either way they wont last long as they'll burn out and stop coming.
