Snub-nosed monkeys, like in the OP! That's why I posted them. Watch that docu- they're surprisingly nice to each other for monkeys. There's this big territorial war between two giant groups, and there are no casualties. Some even switch sides. They're pretty weird looking, but they certainly seem much less violent than other monkeys. They still kill, but not too often it seems. One big bad alpha monkey killed a rival, orphaning his son, who is sort of the focus of the docu. But there's this heartwarming moment later where the same monkeys responsible for the death of his father decide to take this little orphan in with them, whereas other monkeys may have just killed their rival's offspring on the spot.
