are ambien hallucinations a meme? i used to take lunesta recreationally & im wondering if the fact tat i didn't have any hallucinations means that ambien won't make me see shit either

I don't believe that Lunesta (eszopiclone) has any recreational potential. I fucking hate that z-drug.
Ambien (zolpidem) has more recreational potential in its IR rather than CR form. I never had true hallucinations with either the instant or extended release though.
Sonata (zaleplon) always felt like it had the most recreational potential IMHO. The drug is very akin to dissociatives with effects that last for around 45-60 minutes. It's a rather rapid z-drug as it's even shorter acting than Ambien.

Just thinking off memory, lunesta is arguably the most benzo-like z drug in existence. Either way it's definitely more benzo-like than both ambien and sonata. It's because lunesta's mode of action is non-specific to GABA, or at least it's less specific to GABAa that drugs like ambien focus on.

This means it has less of the common z-class feeling and acts more like a typical low tier benzo, such as lorazepam. I always thought of it as lorazepam+ambien in effects...

Lunesta is good if you actually want sleep and don't want to get a dependency on real benzos. The only flipside is with its nonspecific action it might cause dependency that's just as bad as benzos anyways.

Haven't had any z drugs in ages guys. Been thinking about ordering some RCs but etizolam was just scheduled in my state, lol. Never thought that would happen here. I can still get it but I don't want to go down for a Schedule I over a fucking benzo, so looks like I'll need to get something else.

What do y'all suggest? I'm not ordering cLam ever again. Should I get metizolam? I was thinking maybe metizolam and diclazepam would be best. Is flunitriazolam safe?
Dr. Katz !KqgSR25gAQ - Wed, 07 Mar 2018 03:56:39 EST ID:CyLvTdKk No.139832 Ignore Report Quick Reply
Diclazepam is quite possibly the most versatile and therapeutic RC benzo.
I'm personally not sure about the safety profile of a lot of the new RC benzos though :/

Personally, I dont like implying that they are in any way safe but, at a glance, metizolam would be a weaker, longer acting, version of etizolam. Sounds like the urge to redose would be high and the metabolite build up would lead to increased sedation. Idk wouldn't be my pick.

I can say though that flunitrazolam has shown some very odd (and dangerous) ADEs and should be avoided.

Katz is right that diclazepam is the only one that has shown anything past a pipe dream of therapeutic potential but I'd argue that due to its pharmacokinetics it probably has more value used for a taper than recreationally. Rec usage based on its properties implies a potential bitch of a taper if you abuse it.

I don't think I'd say any are "safe" due to the nature of the drug class and the market itself. I wouldn't even say bzds are safe.

Hope you find something that doesn't impact you in a negative manner short and long run.

Oh didn't see that it was you doc.

Disregard my advice. You're a smart guy use your judgement and be safe. If you plan on long term usage don't go with diclazepam. None you mentioned are ideal if you're trying to replace etiz.

there are three "safe" RCs. Two are safe because they have human history of use in medical setting, and one od we facto safe because of diclazepam basically metabolizing into lorazepam, delorazepam, and one other something like delortrazepam.

etizolam is scripted in india, japan, and Italy for panic disorder similarly to how Xanax is scripted. Phenazepam is the second one, as it is scripted in Russia for sleep I think. Diclazepam is just assumed safe for good reason.

I'm going to see if I can source phenazepam powder.

Why fuck with the powder when you can just get the Russian tablets? The highest strength tabs(2.5 mg) are less than a dollar a piece. The 1 mg tabs are 1 dollar per piece I believe.

Unless you test your powdered phenazepam it may be weak or an entirely different benzo.
