I don't delve anymore, but everytime I would, near the end of my experimentation, I would end up checking my pulse on my wrist. Can't really explain why that was so uncomfortable, but that was one of the many things that permanently offput me from doing DPH ever again.

Thats the main reason why I don't use dxm anymore it used to freak me out like I thought my heart was beating crazy fast but in reality I was too fucked up to tell correctly

I used to freak out trying to feel a pulse on my neck both on dxm and dph. There were many little stupid things I used to do that sent me into anxious thought-processes that ended in panic attacks but I've found making sure you stay hydrated makes it easier to enjoy the trip. Showers are a good way to calm down if anxious.

As far as habits go, I used to piss in bottles because of the frequent urination problems dph causes. I would wake up the next morning having to dump out 6-10 full water bottles of piss.

I have a lot of tics (maybe enough to qualify for Tourette syndrome), and DPH worsens all of these tics to the point that my throat becomes sore from moving my Adam's apple and I get toe and leg cramps from curling my toes and tightening my calf muscles so much. It also adds some new tics, like clearing my throat repeatedly.

Of course, these habits aren't enough to deter me from using DPH, but they can make the experience more uncomfortable than it needs to be.

I get obsessed with checking to make sure the doors are locked so I always know that any people I see in the house are not real.(probably) I tend to get lost on the way or halfway back to bedroom start thinking something like "ya but was it REALLY locked? better go back and check"

zone out and think my headphones are snakes, so they get ripped apart. I couldn't tell you how many electronics I've ruined on dph.

also turn into a hypochondriac about my balls, fondle them checking for irregularities to the point that they get sore which of course the /del/d brain takes that soreness to mean that they're all fucked up.

oh yeah and can't forget the ol redose. "hmm this gram doesn't seem to be doing much, fuck it let's go to 1500mg only to forget halfway through so take another 500 and another 500 totaling who knows how much because the bottle is empty the next day and I feel like shit all day the next day yet the day after I'm doing the stupid shit all over again.

how hard is it to control yourself to keep from fondling your balls to the point they're sore as fuck though? if you can't manage that i guess you really shouldn't be doing dph, so good decision i guess?

Nibba, dph can make a man do crazy things, dont pretend to understand the mid-blackout retardation I fear so much

As weird as it sounds, I get really gay urges only when I'm on dph... also, when I take really high doses, like almost two g's, I tend to black out and do really weird shit while naked hahaha
