Hi /Detox/, i dont know if this belongs here or not, but im a 19 year old trying to quit smoking cigarettes. ive been smoking heavily for five years, and have started going cold turkey today. I cant afford gum or the patch, does anyone know how long im going to have these intense cravings for/ any tips to help me through? thanks in advance.

I just bought this herbal cleanse detox drink. When is the optimal time to drink it, what I mean is it something that I should drink now and then I pee out the toxins over the next couple of days before the test, or do i drink it a certain amount of time before the test? I am 18 and trying to quit weed. I have successfully quit for a month before when I had to for a DT, but now I was starting to think I need to not smoke everyday so I decided to quit on my own for a month and then do it only on weekends. I'm starting to think why even quit??? im in high school and going to college in the fall. this should be my time to smoke everyday shouldn't it. one day when im older im going to have to stop or cut down so why not use my time how I want now while I can?? uhhg I just don't know im very stressed and not sure whats the right thing to do can I get some advice please?

It's also much harder to take shit seriously. Success means learning quickly and being able to take advantage of opportunities that can appear out of nowhere. "Luck is the residue of design." TL;DR pot is about enjoying the present, and success takes planning, hard work, and your maximum brain capacity. Smoking every once in a while is fine though.

Currently tapering off of an antidepressant. Feels like my brain is being shocked with electricity and my face feels like someone has repeatedly punched me.

What can I do or take to make these symptoms less severe?

I'm not even going cold turkey or some shit, I'm following my doc's orders to the letter.

In about a week i have job at dunkin donuts interview, i will be drug tested for this, i have been doing the usual running lots of water etc, but im worried, i smoked a nick throughout the period of last and 2 blunts and 2 bowls at the beginning of last, prior to that i havent smoked in about 2 weeks, what are my odds of failing and is there any tips to help me pass?

So a buddy of mine told me to use these Potable Aqua tablets to pass a drug test. He told me to put 1 tablet into 5 water bottles and drink the day of the test. Would that work?

18 year old Junior here.
In middle school I was a really outgoing kid with good grades even though I slacked off and had a lot of fun. But I have an addictive personality and going into highschool I started to get pretty addicted to alcohol, porn, and weed. Was sort of manageable at first but now i'm almost at the end of my Junior year and I have shit grades, made no friends or emotional connections with anyone, pretty much gave up everything I used to enjoy because I couldn't get interested in it anymore. Have zero concentration, severe anxiety, and terrible planning skills and no aspirations. I figure this is time to make a change before I start fucking up my adult life, and I'm quitting weed, drinking, porn, and jacking off. But i'm wondering how long before my brain starts to get back on track? Cause right now I feel autistic.

Whats the plausibility of using synthetic urine for a home drug test? While it seems pretty clear that it doesn't work for lab tests are using home drug tests any different? Does the urine have to be kept at the right temperature?

So I have a drug test tomorrow at 7:30 AM
and I am nervous as hell.

I smoked a few joints the week before and have only been clean for 5 days
The drug test is for probation so I am freaking out internally even though I don't seem it

I have been doing the creatine/diuretic pill treatment for a while now and I am just hoping I am like a faucet when I piss tomorrow morning

I got drug tested today randomly. I'm worried as fuck because i smoked weed yesterday. About 30 mins before the drug test I took a piss, so obviously I couldn't pee at the time of the test, so they made me drink water. I drank like 6 cups of water, and when I was ready I barely had to pee, infact I didn't have to take a huge piss until about 20 mins later. I weigh 161 pounds (from lifting and bulking a bit) and I'm 5'7", what are the chances of me failing, I assume they are high?

Anyway, the night before last Id smoked a LOT of weed, since I didnt expect a call back honestly.
