I've taken tolerance breaks for up to 2-2.5 weeks and I start to feel like I used to, but I can't find any data on if neuroreceptors will return to their normal baseline with enough time.

took 6 months to feel right again from taking 60-90mg of adderall a day or 70-210mgof vyanse took a month to feel like i could concentrate somewhat but that first week felty like a slug first 5 days was 16 hours of sleep a day
