Any tips, tricks, experiences ect. related to quitting caffeine? I've tried a few times and am always in bed for a few days then get more. Is it worth it? I've noticed that my mood is shittier on caffeine but I'm too tired off it, or at least in the short few days that I am off it. My mood increases when I'm off it, but am too tired to really do anything. Does the fatigue pass? If you've quit, how long did that extremely tired period last and was it worth it overall? Also, any ways to get natural energy without caffeine would be appreciated.
