How do I stop cumming while asleep? by Eliza Clockleworth - Sun, 17 Dec 2017 08:32:18 EST ID:1YPmtqIT No.45877 Ignore Report Reply Quick Reply

I keep having super lame wet dreams. I wouldn't mind so much if I was having hot sex in my dreams but they'll just be like normal dreams for the most part and then something in the dream will start rubbing my dick for a little while, like I'll be riding a horse or something and then I'll cum. Sometimes something sex related will happen, like today I was watching hentai in my dream, but it's always short, lame and unsatisfying and I wake up with a load of cum in my boxers anyway. I'm getting sick and tired of having to wipe cum up first thing in the morning. This has happened like almost every day for over a week now.

How can I stop this shit? I haven't changed my masturbation habits, I still do it like every other day or so, should I up it to every day? Really the only thing that's changed as far as I can tell is I started taking probiotics recently and that sort of correlates with the increase in wet dreams. The poops are so good I don't want to give that up if I can avoid it.

what kind of probiotics?
some of them make your balls grow, that's probably what's doing it
try a chunk of cheddar cheese or some cayenne pepper before bed to quiet your nerves

From what I understand most guys do this if they don't masturbate or have sex enough. Just orgasm more and it should stop. Your body is going to get rid of excess sperm and sexual energy one way or another, so if you don't want nocturnal emissions more orgasms while you're awake should solve it.

I have the same thing when i start supplementing zinc every day. Then again it seems to boost my sexual energy as a whole. My wet dreams are usually pretty sick so i cant complain about my dream orgies. Maybe you should try to push it to the limit if better wet dreams could also improve your situation.

A week ago I had a really vivid dream (I've only gotten like 3 since I was a little kid). I wrote down a little summary when I woke up and felt like sharing it on here

I had a dream that I woke up on the couch I was sleeping, but the house was different. Slight differences like a curtain over the tv and some strange ornament. My memory of this part isn't great, I know I had some plan to go up north and I was supposed to give someone a ride up there. Soon I was in some strange but beautiful little memorial/park. It was in a snowy forest and somehow related to world war 1. The first little area was two dark and wooden 2 story cabins that apparently had a tragic story. A mother with kids and their neighbor were sick or starving and one day the family found the neighbor had killed herself. The mother realized maybe it was better to do the same with her children and save them the pain. I climbed up one cabin and looked through the top window to find what looked like the ancient remains of the neighbor. I thought of looking in the other but decided against it because I didn't want to see the children. I got back to wandering the park. The cabin was in some sort of little work area, surrounded by piles of scrap metal and fences. But around the entire fenced area was a beautiful forest with melting snow. I moved on to another area. It looked like trenches from the war, and it was even snowier now. No snow fell, just a thick blanket covered the hills and trees. I was about to take a picture when I saw a girl walking ahead of the group she was with. She was wearing winter clothes and a beanie, had brown hair under the hat. She was cute. I smiled and said hey. I asked her what her name was and told her mine. I had strong feelings for her already. Eventually her family caught up with her and so did my little brother, who came out of nowhere. I was hitting it off with the girl who's name i can't remember now. She said I had a cool name though... Hm. Anyway at this point I thought of the guy who needed a ride and said fuck him. I followed the girl and her siblings to their parents van and they offered to take us to the end of the whole park. They drove as it became more mountainous and cold. At one poi…

Quite often, I will be dreaming - and it's usually not a pleasant dream - and I'll wake up for whatever reason. Screamed myself awake, cat on face, have to piss, whatever.

Most of the time I'm relieved I'm out of the dream.....

Except when I fall back asleep the dream picks up right the fuck where it left off. Not like, 'similar scenery' I'm talking... the exact point where I awoke, I'm back in it.

It makes me so upset, like I can't escape. Doesn't matter if I wake up once or six times, if it's one of my spanning dreams, if I go back to sleep,I'm stuck. There have been a few instances where the dream was SO terrible, I just stayed up the 2nd time I awoke because I was terrified it would continue.

I keep a dream journal nightly, and in review it seems like I get this kind of thing once every 6-8 weeks. I have NO advanced notice that I'm gonna be stuck in a storyline.

Has anyone else had this, or even something similar??

I know what you're talking about. The continuation of the plot could have something to do with your surroundings. Have you tried changing the room you sleep in or spraying some febreze before going back to sleep? Things like smell and sound can leak into your dreams.

I have recurring nightmares of my last partner beating me. I've been wondering if I could get some kind of catharsis through changing the dreams. I don't think it could get much worse than helplessly reliving that so I'm willing to give it a try.

Maybe a late reply, but I'll toss it out here anyway in hope i might help.

Short Answer: Absolutely yes.

Long Answer: There is no 'if' involved. Begin the practice of lucid dreaming and you will not only be able to heal your mental/psychic injuries, but you will be able to use them as a catapult to a higher place of well being and strength

First and foremost; remind yourself that ptsd is an injury. It is not like a loss of limb or something permanent. It is an injury, a wound, damage done to your brain and mind.

Second, remind yourself it is an injury that WILL heal. The fact that you are seeking methods of accelerating that process means you WILL accelerate that process.

Healing takes time and nuturing. Whether it be setting a broken bone and casting it, or spending the time talking or discussing or venting to a trusted audience; be that a friend, a therapist or the mirror, or even confronting a factor head on, like psychicly resetting a dislocation, it will still take some doing and it won't be an easy quick fix.

Dreams are the brain's natural way of 'closing open tabs' or washing away subconscious detrius. Which makes them a PERFECT tool for self-guided healing, in every way, especially for mental injury.

There is a massive amount of guidance and resources available on the net to teach anyone and everyone how to lucid dream and if you actually want to, then DO IT.

Heyall. I have been experiencing heavy dream lapses for some time now, and from what I can tell it's most likely due to not getting enough sleep. I know I am still dreaming, but it is not lucid, and usually all that remains is weird pieces and an overall feeling or tone, which believe it or not are usually really bad. Thing is, with my job and living situation I'm usually only getting 5 hours a night. Does /dr/ know any tips for squeezing in an hour or two of sleep when I can, chemically induced or otherwise..?

I have had a lot of experience with insomnia; due to diet and lifestyle and then ptsd and then again diet and lifestyle. The ptsd factor I dealt with and got over thru exercise, meditation, yoga and some other mental resiliancy techniques, but the diet and lifestyle factor was easy

Like the other guys said, eating healthier helps, being mindful of some of the natural side effects of foods and herbs made a big difference

For one; caffeine. Absolutely none after 13h00. That was difficult for me because i needed that shit because i wasnt sleeping... vicious cycle. But I cracked the whip upon myself, so to speak, and made that a personal law and bam. I slept

Then I started wanting better quality sleep, so I started to learn what foods are naturally energizing and belong to breakfast and lunch, and what foods to wind down with at supper

I push my supper later, like 19h00, so my body starts to produce digestive enzymes around 18h00 and generally by 21h00 I'm able to go to sleep any time after

On top of that, and this is VERY important: Get off the computer, put away the phone/tablet, & turn off the tv at LEAST 30 minutes to an hour before bed. LED lights are fucking horrible for our sleep because of the blue light they produce that totally kills our brains natural melatonin production. Heck, make sure there are no LEDs in your bedroom whatsoever. Even that little red light that a powered off device has lit is emitting blue phase light that is fucking with your brain. Get that shit out of your bedroom or use a master switch, like on a power bar, to kill the power completely to those things.

Give your brain a good hour to actually just relax & wind down without any electric light before bed. Make a cup of herbal tea* & light a candle. Treat your fine self to some quality reflection time before you get into bed at all and I promise you, you will sleep better.

*I highly recommend a blend of Mugwort and Chamomile. If you must sweeten it, use honey

I had 2 really strong dreams about my dad. The first one was around 5 years ago. It was the apocalypse, and my father had decided he didn't want to go on living on this world. We are at his house, and he hands me over a gun so I can kill him. I shoot at his chest and my eyes fill with tears, he is agonizing, he's in pain, my shot didn't kill him, he begs me to kill him, and with tears falling out of my eyes I tell him 'I love you, old man' and I shoot again, one, two, three times. He's dead. He suddenly turns into my doctor (whom I've known for more than 20 years, and has always been a sort of paternal figure), and Im at his office. He's also going away, and he hands me a one dollar bill, that's all he's gonna give me before he goes away. I look at him disappointed, that's it? just that?

Last night I dreamt my dad was moving in with his new girlfriend (I don't live with him). He writes a goodbye letter to me, another to my brother, another to my mum. The one for my mum is really long. Mine is written in toilet paper. I go into the bathroom to read it, and I don't know why I start crying. I close the door and turn on the shower, but the water gets the note and the paper just dissolves. The letter is practically unreadable, but it seems as if he's going away forever. He's decided to leaves us for once and for all. When I look at the letter again, it's just a chain of amulets, that hold a single word in it each. What it said was pretty much meaningless, I dont quite remember if it were all like articles and propositions, or just a shortened version of what he had written earlier.

Anyway, my relationship with my dad has gone to shit in the last few years. We barely talk to each other. He's kind of an asshole. Not like a terrible abandoning alcoholic asshole. Just a stuck up, sort of violent, cheap, selfish asshole. I just realized how important my first dream about my dad was a few months ago. Like, killing your own father, that's symbolically huge. I wonder what may lie beyond his goodbye letter, the toilet paper, the amulets, etc.

Nothing, Op. i once Dreamed I was riding a lion through the sea at dusk around New York City, metaphorically a SeaLion if you will. Skydived into some rich folks huge yard and my parachute got caught on a tree but I just spun around the tree and then fuckin waltzed on over to this rich ladyz grill by her pool on a hot summer day and ate a fuckin piece of my favorite steal off her grill before flatout kickimg her poodle into the pool for no apparent reason. Ended this dream fucking that actress from the Hunger Games movies while FBI helicopters searchlights looked all over for me before I rode it that sea lion away, only to find I was not in the deep scary dark ocean as I feared but instead was able to dip my hand into the water and feel its sandy floor. Dunked my whole head under amd felt the lions nice mane before I woke.

Typically that dreams only meaning is that my fears are not deep or large as I imagine and its really a shallow thing, fear I mean.

I dated this girl about 5 years ago. She was my best friend before that. Someone very close to us died and she cheated on me and left me the same week. I hated her guts for years.

Earlier this year I ran into her at a party and saw her for the first time in 5 years. She was a complete wreck, her face was fat, she had been drinking every day since we broke up. We became very close after this and she ended up moving in with me for a short period of time.

She moved across the country to live with her mom, she ended up getting some life threatening medical problems for drinking too much and having to go to rehab. She doesn't drink now and kinda has her shit together.

Anyways, the dream was the other day and it was that i was in a wheel chair and I saw her at a punk show, and i couldnt walk but when I see her I got up to hug her.

What does this mean?

Dreams usually mean nothing, at most they sometimes represent out emotions in jumbled up none-sense but it’s usually a waste of time to extract some sort of complicated meaning out of a dream.

But hey, you got to see an ex that cheated on you have her whole life wrecked. That’s quite a rare gift!

Well it happened lads. I am a real trekkie now. I had a dream I was an officer on the Enterprise by the rank of Lieutenant and Ensign Ro had just been assigned to command a small vessel for a few months on a temporary assignment. Cmdr. Riker was walking from one part of the ship to another and I was following him around, talking shit and joking but at the same time implying I should have been selected for the assignment. Riker tried to give me a disappointed look (but also looked sheepish because he fucked Ensign Ro before) and started lecturing me about how we all need to accept the decisions of Starfleet. Just then a huge explosion rocked the ship and I woke up.
