Southern Comfort Vanilla Spice, in the red carton. Best eggnog ever. All I've seen in the stores here is the SoCo Traditional (black carton), so I guess I'll try that this year if I can't get the Vanilla Spice.

Egg nog is the shit. I've never tried the alcoholic kind though. I'd like to give it a try though. My mom would dilute that shit with milk and ration it. I didn't drink it with the milk. just her. I finally started buying my own and drink it whenever.

homemade eggnog is the best. 6 egg youks, a cup of sugar , nutmeg, a quart half and half and a half gallon whole milk. beat the eggwhites and blend in. add sherry, rum, brandy or bourbon to taste. ant leftovers? refigerate over night, add in 2-3 more eggs, add some cinomen and vanilla and make killer french toast.
