I make okay money. 100k a year but with a lot of student loans and other bullshit

I want to make a ton of money and be part of the 1%. How do I do this? No plans of getting married or having kids.

should i make a product and start a business? open a gallery and launder money through art? start a cutting edge porn company?

this is mostly so i can party in a mansion and get younger women.

>>37348 This, but diversify your portfolio nigga. Take a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Invest in large brands you see around you, little bit in tech a little bit in green energy, a little bit in oil, but the majority of your money should go into an IRA. I would advise staying away from things like gold or silver, that shit can be volatile.
step 1. save
step 2. save
step 3. ????
step 4. penthouse

God, but your commissions overhead would be atrocious. Just join the 21st century and buy index funds.

And fuck IRAs. I intend to use my market winnings sometime before I'm 65.

Not quite, you can take on debt but the interest rate has to be lower than your investments would make if you didn't buy the debt. If you get 7% returns on your money, a 4.1% loan is free money.

Sounds like a combination of things.

Maybe, if you happened to be tech savvy and had just sold a couple apps for a few million back in 2012, you could have hopped on the Bitcoin bandwagon, and had some big payoffs after playing your cards right.

You then could have used a chunk of your profits to hugely invest in the housing bubble, buying up foreclosed properties to efficiently renovate, modernize, and flip for a decent return.

Combine that all with high dollar drug trafficking, stock market investments doing you right, and a couple franchise chains and you've got some pretty fat pockets my friend.

ok..... I love Rocksmith, but the realtone cable is a piece of plastic-crap.
Had to buy 2 cables, 30 $ each (WTF?!!!!) and I can't find a cheap alternative anywhere.

Did someone create a custom-made cable?

(Fucking idiotic ubisoft-branding.
It's a pitty, that this greedy company made such a addicting "game" and is now consuming everything around it.)

How do i clean mold from inside mt accoustic guitar?

What should I use? Is vinegar good?

Do i have to open the body chamber?

the place i'm living in has high humidity and is mold-prone, so i'm doing what I can to prevent it, but some has already settled

There are mold sprays you can use, not sure if this would affect the acoustics, but you can coat the inside with mold resistant paint.

I'm about to take out a loan, but I have no credit. I need to get a loan for 1,500, and everywhere I've looked online about how to do this hasn't really been that descriptive, or helpful. What's a good place to get a loan in Washington? What are some tips on how not to get ripped off? How long does it take to get the money if I am able to get the loan? I'm not being lazy and just expecting all you dudes to answer these questions for me, i'm searching all this stuff right now, I would just like as much help as I can get. Much appreciated!

You never buy in a bear market, unless you have irrefutable proof that the underlying fundamentals support current price levels.

Looking at the fundamentals, gold should be worth realistically about $700 an ounce right now.

I've got a neck and bridge salvaged from my old electric bass. I want to try my hand at creating some sort of acoustic bass. Do you guys have any ideas or suggestions for simple and cheap things I could use for the body? I have access to some simple tools and could probably borrow some power tools if need be, but I'm not too bothered about how clean it looks, to be honest the more rough the better; I would be happy with it looking a bit like something I'd casually thrown together.

I've done a garbage bass
with a bucket and a 5th bass string on a stick.
shit is so cash you can crank the stick as well as pressure it along the length for sound and you could totally feel the bucket resonance
I suggest you try a tube-like or doumbek-like structure for the bass.
If you can find or manifacture domething like a shallow darbouka maybe it will make good resonance for the metal strings.
just make sure to make it ghetto

Hey /howto/!!!!!!!!!!

So I have discovered the magic of ripping youtube channels and turning them into DVDs. I now have enough Jiu Jitsu technique videos to last me for years to come

My question is this.....What other things would be good to rip from youtube to put on DVD?

The only things that come to mind are martial art and guitar how-to videos. Surely there are more genius ideas out there.
