I need better prospects for jobs. At this point, going back to a college or University is out due to lack of money and lack of time. So, I need a bachelor's degree at least. Preferably from an "accredited" university. Basically, how do I get my hands on a fake?

Just earn a real one. Join the air force or air national guard, the chillest of the armed forces. You'll have to take it easy on the drugs for 4-8 years but you'll get a lot of experience. Or go to Norway or Germany. They probably have some heavier academic requirements but it's free once you get in (minus cost of moving there).

military does have a gi bill which pays for college, but that shit will take over your whole life.

You could also just work at starbucks and they'll pay for your online degree at Arizona State or something like that.

I did community college, starting with a certificate that got me into a job, then I started taking general classes part time, and part time off and on it took me like eight years to get a BA

try out a trade. Find a local union and sign up if you can. Usually they will put you through an apprenticeship school for cheap if not free. I'm a journeyman electrician and make $34/hr. plus with a union you have a better chance of a pension and/or annuity. the apprenticeship was 4.5 years and cost me $600/year. Also my apprenticeship was accredited through a technical college so I technically have like 30 credits or something i could apply to a regular college if i wanted to learn something else. If nothing else it would give you steady work and money until you're in a better position to pursue what you want. I would recommend a mechanical trade though like the plumbers or pipe fitters. They get paid pretty similar wages to me but they don't have to worry about blowing themselves up. or if you can get into elevator work that pays real good and you can retire super early. operators can also make good money, get paid to sit in a crane playing on an ipad for 12 hours and do 30 minutes of work or push a button in an elevator.

I've been working with some friends and guys from other cities for months on some small, non-commercial artsy fartsy short-movie projects and some experimental compilations.

Used cc-licensed music for the most but the best ones use music from more or less known bands.

I know, as soon as I upload these vids youtube will give me another fucking strike.

How can I share them now? How could I upload them without risking a copy-right-strike?

I even took the "legal" route and asked multiple bands and their labels, but NEVER received any answer!

If you want to go anarchy mode you can always shift the tone down.
Even something like half a HZ down that a human couldn't even tell would make it unrecognizable to the automated systems.

Also if they don't respond to mail, if they list a phone number you'd maybe have better luck getting ahold of a response to legal usage.

Practicing guitar for intermediate-advanced players by Barnaby Brookcocke - Wed, 25 Apr 2018 22:07:18 EST ID:05nzMUCw No.38506 Ignore Report Reply Quick Reply

This might belong on /m/ but I wondered if anyone who plays guitar has any tips on practicing efficiently. I have played for 10+ yrs but never really practiced much with scales and haven't learned much new info, just jamming and learning covers. I feel stagnant as hell now and need a consistent schedule/routine but don't know how to design one myself or get started doing so.

please dont lead me to some generic "free trial"/"learn guitar overnight!" kinda thing, they are the reason I'm here asking yall beautiful people. pic related

Think numerically in regards to your scale practice, can open up some doors. Create sequences, melodic patterns.

e.g you have C Major, C D E F G A B, or 1 2 3 4 5 6 7.

The most common patterns are things like 123, 234, 345, or 132, 243. Basically you want to pick a number of notes, it could be a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 note pattern, but lets say you pick 4 numbers, 2 5 4 1, D G F C, next would be 3 6 5 2, E A G D and so on, extrapolating to create the rest of the sequence. If you wanted to practice arpeggios and scale harmonization you need only write every second number, 1357 etc.

A lot of these are shit obviously, but you'll find movements you like with experimentation, throw away the shit ones and make note of the ones you like the sound of, then build a collection. Eventually you'll have a few that you can access in fragments without thinking too much about it.

You can also come up with "synthetic" patterns based on literal shapes rather than numeric reference, you could call symmetrical scales like Whole tone and diminished a synthetic pattern I guess.

I'm Australian so our time zones probably won't work too well, but if you want I'm happy to provide a burner email and we can organize a skype lesson. Normally I'd charge, but I'd be happy to just answer whatever's on your mind for an hour and chat shop.

How to find a CHEAP room rental in a rural-ish area by Eliza Guddledock - Sat, 12 Sep 2015 21:48:40 EST ID:agaEBfv9 No.37649 Ignore Report Reply Quick Reply
File: 1442108920391.jpg -(61615B / 60.17KB, 960x720) Thumbnail displayed, click image for full size. 61615
I'm going to move to a completely new area many states away. I have about $1200 to keep me going until I find work in said area.

I need to find a CHEAP rental place for at least 6 months; just a tiny room with heat and access to a bathroom will do. It doesn't have to have furniture or be in good condition or anything; wireless internet would be nice but I can make it work without. I essentially just need to keep myself from sleeping outside and dying of hypothermia.

How do I go about finding a CHEAP place like this while still a thousand miles away from where I want to live? I've tried craigslist and it's hard to find any room shares at all in the desired area (very rural, just a few small cities). Those that exist aren't any cheaper than the most basic apartments: $350-400/month at the very lowest. Is this really the lowest price you can get for a bare-bones apartment or even just an empty room? Are there any good sites besides craigslist for finding something cheap and informal like what I want?

defend it by keeping up on your property taxes and maintaining your fence. you have plenty of room to grow your own food. you have to have a good water supply and shelter, maybe get a yurt kit or something that won't piss off local building inspectors. keep it legal so they can't take it from you. and the best weapons for self defense are the ones carried by your local constabulary. you don't want to get in trouble for wasting a zombie. you want doors that you can lock securely. fresh air, freedom, that's what it's all about. make friends locally, maybe join a volunteer firehouse or a church or something for networking, so you know who to call to back you up. these things are important, and too many people ignore warning signs. because you're in the sticks you're going to need some wheels as well, keep that jalopy in tip top shape, and don't lose your license aka your lifeline to foolhardiness like a dui.

25 years old
and already have a weak bladder.
At least thats what I think.

Can't hold it on my way to wark and back
and leaving the bus multiple times to relieve myself.

Already had an accident
and thinking now about buying one of these absorbent granny-pants somewhere.

Doc couldn't find anything, just told me to eat some pumplin-pills,
but that didn't help in any way.

What would be the best way to cope with my problem?

Anyone else having this?

So I got high one day and saw that I had a bottle of PG laying around and a bunch of bud. I decided to throw them together into a pan and cook it for a bit. I can't really remember exactly but I'd say I put about 3 ounces of PG and about 3/4 of a gram of weed in there and cooked it on high heat for a short amount of time, maybe 10 minutes.
I strained the plant out and tried it using my smaller vape with no effect. I redid the whole cooking process using the same weed and cooked it for a bit longer. I took it off the heat after it smelled like it was starting to burn (another 10 minutes). After trying the juice again in my larger vape using it on the highest setting (600F) it worked after a few large inhales. It was a really heavy high that put me to sleep quickly.
A few days later I'm vaping on the same homemade juice again and nothing is happening. It's like all the THC suddenly broke down or something, I don't know. I'm very confused.

It is a mystery but my main question is how can I separate the cannabinoids from the PG? Is there a chemical process I can follow, such as cooking it in butter and letting it separate or something? I know the cannabinoids bonded to the PG, is there a way to break the bond now?

If you have to ask for advice on what to invest in you shouldn't.
People will just tell you what they WANT to be true

The key is to be knowledgeable in the area you're investing in. For example, an IT Person would invest in Crypto or Stock that he thinks will rise because he understands the sector. A Mechanic would invest in car stocks because he understands the market trends and whats important and so forth..
