I play the guitar and this is the one I have. I found the picture on Google. It's an epiphone les Paul.

My favorite is buckethead. I know some people think he just makes noises with his guitar but I think he's a cool dude. I've only been playing for about 2 years but I hope to be half as good as him someday.

Nowadays i just got bored with only solos/guitar. I play myself too got a squire some pedals etc. When he plays with primus its the fucking shit.

Ive been listening to legit fucking static from the phone and radio static, echos of the big bang, thats how fucking sick i am of yours and everybody elses 'music'. Im post music now, ive put down my guitar and my keys for months and have begun making circuits that do little more than hum elaboratively.

Hey, I'm getting married!

I'm really not good at ceremonies, but I'd like to definitely have some music I can appreciate. We're both introverted and enjoy deep, melodic instrumentals. Something upbeat is nice too. I'm kind of thinking about stuff like Mogwai: 'The Sun Smells Too Loud', etc. Mainstream or underground, all is welcome.

Can you guys help me build a playlist of nice, loving music that fits well with a wedding out in nature? I haven't been exploring music for a while (sorta fell into depression a few years ago) and I'm trying to evolve my taste again. Thanks a lot.

I've been looking for this one music video for a long time, maybe you can help me out. It's from some obscure shitty European death metal band. In this video, a couple is walking through the woods and some fat gross man shoots them and masturbates on their corpses before burying them. The whole thing is very lo-fi and deliberately has the feel of a snuff film. It's a really shitty song and band, this is from early or mid 2000's. Pic unrelated.

>>453786 Nah man, not the limited space, I mean your categorisation and choices. I'm only a bit butthurt because I took the time to give you pointers, this is stuff I've studied for 20-odd years. I was trying to think of it from the perspective of someone who'd use it, like if I came up to and said "hey man you're into punk, I love ska, can you recommend me some ska punk bands?" and you said Madness and the Specials, I'd be like uh, u wot m8...

Honestly not trying to flame you or anything, reading the list it seems to me like you know your shit about some things, but to fill out the list you've had a quick glance at wikipedia lists for subgenres you're less familiar with? Am I far off? I always think being accurate is more important than catering to common misnomers, because then you're just perpetuating misinformation rather than being a source of knowledge.

And you've still not shown me a psychobilly song by the Cramps

Hi,

So, a month of summer has gone by. What are you up to? What have you done? And. most importantly, how does the musical aspect of your life reflect this moment?

I personally realised that I have nothing to do, besides work and home. That is kind of sad and I am wasting my life. Nevertheless, I know that I in due time I will change something and everything will be for the better.

This is a thread for summer, feels and the rejuvenation of the human spirit.

Been working on more rap this summer. Been thinking a lot about production and delivery style. I have a lot of friends hyped off the demos I've been doing and this is the first collab I've done.
Hoping to get more experience and develop more. My neighbor plays shows and he said if I have an amount of material he could get me shows to play. Cheers and happy summer

I've been having a great summer. Doing wedding gigs to pay for the fun stuff, but I'm starting to get paid for the fun stuff as well! Not as much mind you, but still getting paid to DJ psytrance and the like!

Also, Transformus is coming up soon and I've already been "booked" to play at 4 different camps and with my trusty thumbdrive around my neck I'm sure I'll end up playing more. Last summer at another burn, To the Moon, I played a 5 and a half hour long set at a random camp and passed out from heat stroke walking back to my campsite afterwards. Ahh good times.
