This is simplification using order of operations, not calculus.

[1/sqrt{1/(9x)}/(2[x^0.5]y)^-1]^-4

[1/(sqrt{1}/sqrt{9x})/(2sqrt{x}y)^-1]^-4

[1/(1/[3sqrt{x}])/(2sqrt{x}y)^-1]^-4

[3sqrt{x}/(2sqrt{x}y)^-1]^-4

[3sqrt{x}*2sqrt{x}y]^-4

[6xy]^-4

1/(1296x^4y^4)
