So I guess this is the best or only place to post this, but I stupidly took 3 Zoloft thinking it would help my tension after a hangover. Obviously it didn't. Now my head feels kinda swimmy I've just felt sick since then (yesterday) with a burning sensation on my arm and a lot of teeth grinding and anxiety. I've been dosing aniracetam pretty heavily too.

What do? I don't know if the racetam helps or makes it worse. I've also been using quetiapine sparingly. It seems to help some of the extreme muscle tension. And no I don't have benzos.
