you also need to know what dosage to take:

your weight in kg + 50 = your dosage in milligrams

ex: 45kg + 50 = 95mg

100mg is considered moderate

I have never heard of this before. How did you come across this way of measuring your dose?

Mg per kg doses are measured by multiplying your weight by the amount listed as mg/kg. So say you want to do 1mg/kg and you weigh 45kg, you would take 45mg because 45(kg) x 1(mg) = 45(mg).

I'm not following this though. Why would I need to know 45mg if I know that I'm just multiplying my weight by 1 mg? You would just straight up go 155 x 1mg = 155mg dose

Come again? For every kilogram there is x milligram, so in order to take a dose of 1mg/kg one would need to take 1mg for every 1kg, so if one weighs 45kg that equals out to 45mg.
