Associate gave me the you dumbass for saying I would quit smoking before I stopped drinking, which was basically minimal (binging here and there,) anyway. Well stopping smoking worked fine and not drinking followed in short time after. That was the plan
and stuck by it
I think most doctors would say, and they do say that stopping smoking now is the best thing you can do for your immediate health. It is pretty rough on your heart, and everything else to boot. I know because smoking off and on, that first cig defiantly changes ones thought process, assuming blood pressure, heart rate, and whatever else.
Some may differ on my opinion but I would stop smoking above all else to begin with.
I assume Vyvanse is an amphetamine. Not so good. The subs, and the benzos, I
would see no real issue for now. Do though, get a bit of exercise every day. You should
find , even if it takes a month that things do become easier to get by in subsequent days
at a certain point. I drank heavily fi x amount of years, like non stop drinking. People were
kinda amazed I made it this far, a few seizures. One serious which if somebody, dear mother wasn't nearby by, I likely would ot be living, as I coughed up enough white foamy stuff to actually choke. Doctors were concerned if I would live or die. So it was intensive care for at least a week. But as of now not drinking for about a month, I do that binge then quit for a while, but each day becomes easier to cope, sure have bit so great days but
in reality, I am not stuck with smoking a gig every half hour hour, withdrawing from drinking is basic hell feeling. Benzos help. But your subs and benzos, maybe it's time to put s much effort into ending these drugs and out as much effort into reinventing yourself as you do
smoking, etc. I personally lost way too many years getting nowhere drinking and smoking,
mindset in the wrong place where getting drugs and all was just set in and not much more. A straight 15 + years basically gone, when I don't drink, I do see an actual tomorrow every time I go to bed.
