Post what you have dissected!

In high school I dissected a frog. Still remember that feeling of the sternum cracking under the blade, wasn't too pleasant. In anatomy courses I dissected a sheep eyeball, brain, and heart, a pig kidney, and some parts of human cadavers - intestines, some muscles, and liver. Funny thing about human muscles is they look just like any other meat, chicken, beef, whatever.
