Well? Is he really a kiddy banger or is it fake news being used to destroy a good Christian man???

Neither. Turns out American Evangelicals are just lowkey pro-pedo.
http://www.newsweek.com/roy-more-sexual-assault-alabama-evangelicals-709015
>Nearly 40 percent of Evangelical Christians in Alabama say they're now more likely to vote for Roy Moore after multiple allegations that he molested children, even as voters across the historically red state now seem to be punishing Moore for his past actions, a new poll shows.

Looks like all that complaining about Hollywood pedos was just jealousy :/

This just means they think the allegations are false and are taking this as an opportunity to stick it to the Washington elitists. Moore is a piece of shit and the women were very likely being truthful, but leave playing dumb to actual dumb people.

Apparently the latest accuser showed her highschool yearbook and Moore's sginature was in it, along with personalized messages complimenting her beauty
This was after he specifically claimed he'd never met her.

So at best he was an old creepy dude that hangs around highschoolers

Now that doesn't proove he's a rapist or anything but iI'm gonna say this makes him at least as shitty as some kind of real life Bojack Horseman, and that's not what you want in the senate

>that's not what you want in the senate
For all their virtue signaling, republicans don't care about family values or character, etc. They just want to refer to Native Americans and Asian Americans as "reds and yellows".

They don't like same sex marriage. They want to get whipped into a fervor over Islam. This is what they want in the senate.

They're willing to overlook pedophilia for the chance to be racist, homophobic and Islamophobic.

>some said even if they are true, that wouldn't sway their vote for him next month because they think Moore is a good man, should be forgiven and they could never bring themselves to vote for a Democrat anyway. Several attacked the media.

https://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/2017/11/if-youre-a-nazi-or-pedophile-theres-plenty-of-room.html
>After a long pause, Alabama Bibb County Republican chairman Jerry Pow tells me he'd vote for Roy Moore even if Moore did commit a sex crime against a girl.
>"Yeah!" Covington County GOP Chairman William Blocker tells me he'd consider voting Moore even if hard proof of sexual abuse emerged.
>Alabama State Auditor Jim Zeigler, a Moore backer: "Even if you accept the Washington Post's report as being completely true, it's much ado about very little. "
>Alabama State Representative Ed Henry told The Cullman Times that Moore's victims should be prosecuted.

Don't defend pedo enablers, man.

"Some said" is qualitatively different from "40% of ... said". If you weren't so insistent on twisting an anonymous poll into an opportunity to stigmatize a huge group of people as pedos or pedo supporters, I wouldn't have to also defend the few who actually are that shitty.

P.S.: I've seen those quotes. Partisanship is hell of a drug - do your part to not turn the world into a Kelly cartoon.

I like how when trying to defend him one of the evangelical mouth pieces basically refuted the virgin birth and all of Christianity by saying Jesus was the product of a man marrying a girl and that's the same as fucking a kid you're babysitting and people rallied behind him.

I checked his twitter account the other day and it was gold, it was Veteran's day and he tweeted support the troops or some shit and there was a barrage of "stay away from the toop's daughters" followed by "he is a righteous man and God has chosen him!"

We're really just fucked beyond repair at this point. Thanks for making America great again guys.

I'm just pointing out how ironic it is that they're renouncing the core beliefs of the religion while trying to double down on identifying as and attempting to pander to that same religion, I thought it was funny. Sorry to pull you away from your Richard Dawkins meets Penn Gillette erotic fan fiction to grace us with that zinger, I know it's not going to write itself so I'll leave you be. /nb

American Evangelicalism is already so far removed from the core beliefs of Christianity that it might as well be a different religion entirely. They took the story of a poor uppity anti-establishment anti-imperialist socialist pacifist Middle Eastern darky hippy and somehow turned that into a blonde-haired blue-eyed gun-loving fag-hating authoritarian warmonger who loves American imperialism almost as much as he hates the Middle East.

Americans give Christ a bad name.

Ah yup.

Shit, Moore himself just made a big deal about how this whole thing is just a plot to "keep America away from Jesus," and that all our problems would be solved the second we go full on American Taliban. Basically, it is now America - The Religion. Not to be confused with Mormonism which is America - The Religion Part Two - Electric-Manifest-Destiny-A-Loo.

The scary thing is, Moore will likely win the seat, while, thanks to Gropegate, Al Franken is likely to be ejected from the Senate. Shit is getting crazy. Then you will have the whole fight over who takes Franken's seat, which will, knowing the Dems, be completely fucked up and end up going to the GOP.

I mean, these fuckers in Alabama are so fucked up they aren't even asking why a 30-something dude signed a high school girl's year book.

It's a cool place to live, that's why it was stolen to begin with. For the most part it's he people that are intolerable wastes of space and dead bent on ending the world if they can't have their foot in the back of everyone else in it. The great plains and mountain ranges and forests and rivers are beautiful and the landscape itself never invaded any country under false pretenses. Walk around a walmart and past the 3rd person with an "all lives matter" bumper sticker on the motorized scooter they have been using since they were 25 because they're too fat to walk and you too will start thinking "none of this matters".

On the plus side we can kind of legally smoke weed in some places, just don't bring up we're the ones that made it illegal and forced the rest of the world to follow suite to begin with.

It's a great place to live especially if you're white and already have money, but that goes for most of the world. The government is doing this thing where they're taking rights away so little by little that people aren't feeling the effects of it all at once but this statement goes for much of the world, too.

It's like how a frog knows to jump out of pot of water that's already boiling, but if it was in there before it started boiling, it's not going to notice and will get cooked. Right now, America is at a simmer.

The live poorly and for a shorter period of time, all while jerking it to a bible with a confederate flag sticker on it.

At least compared to Seattle....where they live longer and jerk it to Bill Gates biographies...
