would post this on /med/ but it's too slow there

I switched from eating a chocolate milk + cookies + energy bars + energy drink diet to a water + orange juice + spinach salad + corn + turkey & cheese sandwiches + tuna + apples + baked beans + tons of olive oil diet because it's cheaper. I never used to eat much at all, but now I'm eating 3 different meals a day and drinking water constantly

Also I cut back on my smoking and amphetamine abuse drastically and have been trying to move around a lot during the day because im terrified of deep vein thrombosis

i feel like im dying. I'm sweating a lot and im tired and i have diarrhea and dizziness and nausea. Am I going to die?

what did u do to me /nom/

You ate the same thing everyday? Your body is probably just too adjusted to only getting such a limited diet. Just wait it out, you need variety anyways.

That's not a diet, you were living off pure sugar and uppers. You cut out the uppers and switched to a diet with some actual food in it.

Maybe stop running around all the time and you wont feel so tired. Also add more fiber to your diet, it'll help balance you out and is important for reducing the likelihood of things like heart disease. More spinach, apples, beans and use multi grain bread for your turkey sandwiches. You can also add powder mixes to water if you find that easier but really there are plenty of high fiber foods that you can look up that taste great on their own or as a part of a recipe.

Good luck, you probably wont die.

Basically thus.

OP's diet is still pretty weak but the nausea and weakness is probably the crash from the uppers and sugar high. Also the nicotine withdrawals. I'd cut the shit drugs out entirely and tough out a few days and then get it over with. You won't get dvt as long ad you stretch every couple of hours and get one or two good blocks of 30-60 minutes decent exercise.

Also that diet needs more diversity and less "tons of oil". Oh and cut back the OJ, a glass a day is more than enough. Better off just eating a couple of oranges. Get some cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower, the odd banana, carrots, peas, onion and more in the diet. You should be eating several different vegetables every day. Or if you eat the same thing every day it should be a really broad range. If you can hit your 10 a day you will can probably get away with eating the same 8 veg and 2 fruit portions if that's at least 6 different veg and 2 different fruit but if not mix it the fuck up. You will shit a lot but it will be a kind of shit you've not seen ever before.

why do you have a diet?
why don't you just buy some cheap veggies, pasta, cold cuts etc every day? why do you have to eat the exact same thing every day? wtf?

Just eat normally bro... like make your own food, its cheaper and takes no time (you can make any chicken based meal in 30 minutes and its cheap as fuck)
No need to stick to 3-4 food items in your entire diet

not to mention how easy it is to bake chicken. I have this recipe where I basically just slather a fried breast in mustard (which of course can be subsititued for egg yolks or whatever) and then cover it in breadcrumbs mixed with some seasonings, then bake for an hour. It's really easy and really delicious. Plus it's near impossible to burn chicken in the oven, it just may com e out a little dry.
