If you're dirty bulking then just eat whatever has the highest calorie count and tastes good. It's not that confusing.

i dont know if you can try and talk nutritional sense into someone who uses such utter fucking nonsense fad expressions like "dirty bulk" and "cheat days"

i mean christ just have a little extra avocado and cheese and stuff. isnt cheese supposed to be good? its all proteins and calcium and junk.

i dont see why people try and find these ridiculous shortcut ways of doing things though. just eat properly. just. eat. properly. just have a regular, decent diet. eat a rainbow, lots of fish, red meat once every few days, pulses, legumes, brown rice, spinach spinach spinach, wholemeal breads, beetroot

eat a rainbow

oh im sorry, "dirty bulk" a rainbow

can you actually say that those two words out loud without feeling slightly sheepish? like a bit of an ass?

The funny thing about "cheat days" is that they're bullshit as a shortcut. However the word like "dirty bulk" does actually have use. As shorthand.

"Cheat day" is a lot less effort than saying "today I'll eat what the fuck I want because it's a wedding and there's 7 desserts, and booze and a massive meal and a free bar, then I'll spend the next week making up for it but it's worth it" but I think most people think it's the kind of cheating where you don't get caught. Which is dumb. If you can eat a meal or two here and there and "get away with it" it's because your regimen is pretty robust, you're still slowing yourself down. Your body doesn't "not count" it. The sort of person who is convinced a cheat day actually doesn't stop you losing weight is the sort of person who doesn't lose weight no matter how "hard" their "diet" is.

Anyway similarly I imagine "dirty bulk" is used because it's less effort than "I'd rather maintain dietary discipline for a few extra weeks losing weight after I've put on the weight I want than do it while I put on the weight and only need to spend a week or two after I'm done to lose any excess fat". There are people who burn over 5000 calories a day but they are professional athletes or steroid using body builders and they aren't "dirty bulking" the former is offsetting their 10 hour a day training regimens and the latter have pushed their body beyond it's limits using substances it cannot produce in that quantity, they also still do a lot of training, anyone else is essentially trading effort later and effort now.

I can't answer if you feel sheepish using them because I am not in the game of being huge. Also if I want to put on weight I can do so effortlessly and how people struggle to put on weight is beyond me. Every day is a battle to not eat twice the energy I burn.

well, sure

its the more the idea that your body is such a fucking fortress that you gotta announce - as if to avoid alarming anyone - when you temporarily feel like putting things in it that arent totally nutritionally sound

yeah man, prader willi is some depressing shit.

>People with Prader-Willi syndrome typically have mild to moderate intellectual impairment and learning disabilities. Behavioral problems are common, including temper outbursts, stubbornness, and compulsive behavior such as picking at the skin. Sleep abnormalities can also occur. Additional features of this condition include distinctive facial features such as a narrow forehead, almond-shaped eyes, and a triangular mouth; short stature; and small hands and feet. Some people with Prader-Willi syndrome have unusually fair skin and light-colored hair. Both affected males and affected females have underdeveloped genitals. Puberty is delayed or incomplete, and most affected individuals are unable to have children (infertile).

Breakfast:
2-3 eggs, boiled or fried
2 cans of sardine or 1 can of tuna
Greek salad (tomato, cucumbers, feta cheese, olives)
1 slice of seed bread (flax, sesame, sunflower)
Cup of yoghurt mixed with 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seed protein
1-2 cans of energy drink

Snack: banana or peanuts or milk ice cream

Lunch:
Steak/fish with some veggies

Dinner:
Fuck yeah pizza or whatever unhealthy else I want

Important notice: this is for a female wanting to gain muscle. It's much much harder for us and takes much much more time and dedication.

But it worth it, I promise. Apart from the muscles, I've got hair that would make Samson would die of envy

Shit, accidental nb.
I want other women to see my diet as it really fucking annoyingly difficult for us to build muscle.

I must add that the breakfast is the most important part, I religiously eat the same shit each morning day after day if I need to gain.

If you eat that way daily, you aren't doing yourself a favor. Way too much mercury via bioaccumulation in tuna, way too much cholesterol in 2-3 eggs a day, too much meat in general (plant proteins are more diverse, lower in fat, and better for building), and if building is your goal, you shouldn't eat pizza or whatever unhealthy stuff you have for dinner.

Not to say I eat any better of course. Just out of curiosity, how built are you? I mean, I find jacked women to be like men with breast implants, in that they both look uncomfortably like the other sex. A little tone is nice for sure, but I remember my gf a few years back had a bodybuilding sister, and frankly she was disgusting. Little boobs popping off her pecs, huge arms, chizeled everything. Nothing feminine-looking about her. Each to their own of course. I'm just sharing my preferences.

>way too much cholesterol in 2-3 eggs a day,
citation needed. this isn't the 70s anymore. we know eating 3 eggs isn't bad for you now, unless you already have some preexisting condition.

>if building is your goal, you shouldn't eat pizza or whatever unhealthy stuff you have for dinner.
depends what phase. i guess there's better food than pizza for building mass, but if getting on stage isn't in your long term plans, it's really fine. your gf's sister was a body builder. that requires a way different diet from "wanting to gain muscle".

Ooh, forgot to add one important thing in my bulking diet:

Garlic. Two cloves a day. With my meat/fish lunch.
It's not the oldest known sports supplement for no reason!
