Post food that is also your medicine.
Post medicine that is also your food.
Example: I buy reishi mushroom, gotu kola, and gingko biloba in powders to blend together.

Reishi is the mushroom of immortality, it is good for the body
Gingko biloba is good for memory and brain function
Gotu kola is a sacred and respected plant in india for its spiritual enhancing properties

Together, This is a body, mind, soul mixture and it has massively noticeable benefits when taken at a tbsp a day

Another one:
Soursop fruit is known for being several times more effective at killing cancer cells than chemo therapy.
Of course because big pharm would lose billions if cancer were cured, it is unavailable in the us just like vitamin b17

I eat enough kratom for it to be considered food. I'm sure I'm getting a few calories from the 3/4 oz of plant matter I eat daily.

Haha. I tried that stuff once. Didnt do a lot for me really, but not much does.
Its why I stay mostly sober, I have to go over the hill to even get a buzz and it never turns out good.
Even lsd doesnt make me hallucinate unless I have no tolerance and take 4+ hits.
Ayahuasca was the only thing ive tripped on and it was short lived.
Even dph at 900mgs just made me stupid and sleepy.
Ive driven on 1200mg dxm with no trouble
Idk what is wrong with me

Huh, guess that explains the tumeric colored old monk's robe in DeS.

Also, the robe itself is a demon in this game, not the decrepit guy you see. Never ingesting tumeric again, shit's gotta be evil.

Yeah, it doesn't take much of that to turn something yellow. I've drank some mixed into warmed up milk and honey with some cinnamon and it's an alright drink.

Try using some Darheel brand cleanser. You can be chopping tumeric all day and but when you've used some Darheel cleanser you'll feel clean. Why? Because you ARE clean.
warning: contains Gallitep which may cause Kalla-Nohra syndrome

I used to eat garlic and a small piece of dark chocolate every day for my blood pressure. I'd have a glass of red wine too.

I also take reishi mushroom and gingko. I use a 7-mushroom blend ("sacred 7"), and make a tea with ginger & turmeric. Has been a nice morning coffee replacement, though I usually still have some coffee at some point.

My grandpa (rip) would eat 2 whole garlics a day, raw. He just chewed on them like gum. Motherfucker smelled like a garlic field all day all night. When actual garlic wasnt available he'd resort to eating garlic sauce, you know the one that's thick and comes in a tube, he'd eat that straight from the tube.

74, war veteran, would eat lots of really fatty stuff, lard on bread, lots of bacon etc, though never smoked or drank. Died from a stroke. My dad smokes, used to be an alcoholic for 15 years but never drinks anymore, has had two strokes at the age of 50. Well, I guess I'm in for a ride, i have high blood pressure already.
I mean with grandpas it's always hard to estimate what made them live so long/short, usually they've had a life full of struggle cause of the wars and shit, so you can't really draw a clear connection between their habits and their lifespan. Life was full of shit back then, lol, no one really gave a fuck about anything.
Has the garlic habit prolonged his life, you might ask? I'm not sure. He sure as hell was never once sick, never had the flu or anything, as long as I've known him. He just died from his 3rd stroke and that's all but was in excellent shape otherwise.

Graviola has shown some efficacy in killing certain types of cancer cells in relation to the liver and breast. It has been shown to be more effective than certain chemotherapy drugs which were not effective. It is not a miracle cancer cure, there is more than one type of cancer, and there is more than one chemotherapeutic drug.
No actual studies have been done, the above was shown in vitro. It is likely that further research has never been done because of other tests possibly linking a compound in the fruit to Parkinsons.
You can get fruit juice, tea leaves and capsules on Amazon and have them shipped to the US with no issues. I have seen this fruit for sale in small shops in my home town in Arizona.
I disagree with your whole thought. However I will say that if I had cancer, I would be willing to try anything I thought might work.
My knowledge is questionable because I have not really read anything about this fruit in a long time. Sorry if this bums your vibes or whatever, I understand that this is unlikely to convince you of anything. I get mad butthurt when I feel like people talk without some sort of understanding
On topic, I had a friend who made their own colloidal silver and it was fantastic if you had a cold. I've also seen it used in minor soft tissue injuries to pretty decent effect.
