Their tacos are weirdly pleasant, and not bad for a buck. I remember some kid I worked with a long time ago telling me they were made out of soy since that was cheaper than using actual beef, but I never looked into that to see if it was true. They don't taste like tacos I've had from anywhere else, though, so they probably are.

Like if I really wanted to get something that was close to my place and on the cheap, I’d just go to Taco Bell and get a Cheesy Potato Burrito, Fiery Doritos Locos tacos and Nacho Fries with a Baja Blast.

My favorite fast food place is Cook Out but since it’s not in my area, right now I’d say it’s a tie between Shake Shack and Sonic.

Popeyes Chicken has been kicking my ass. I loved fried chicken so it's my fault but I find their chicken is ALWAYS crispy, crunchy, juicy, hot and flavorful. Their cajun gravy rules.

A lot of other fried chicken spots will give you inconsistent crispy. KFC is a bitch. I swear it changes from region to region. Popeyes tastes the same in Canada as it does in Hell.

KFC changed delivery company (lowest bidder obviously) and had real issues here. I don't get how they'd run low on anything, their food always disappoints, gristly greasy shit.

I don't know how to get good fast food without leaving the country but I know when it comes to pizzas the individual store is cayenne chicken "zingy" burger, but their place in the next city over gave me shits so bad I couldn't sit down for 3 days when I ate there.

I've been avoiding fast food for the last year and while it's helped my body, I still miss the easy treats I could get.

Mcdonalds: McChicken and a BBQ crispy crunchwrap supreme
Bojangles: Steak biscuit combo with bo rounds or a homestyle tenders box
Wendy's: Any combination of their 1-2 dollar burgers, maybe a baconator if I"m trying to spend 10 bucks on fast food
Arby's: I honestly haven't found anything great here. Roast beef sandwich i guess?
Hardees/Carl jr's: I've tried them so many times and still can't find anything I like. Their burgers are supposed to be great but end up as poorly cooked slop messes.
Burger King: All I have to say is too many pickles.
Taco Bell: The crunchwrap supreme is a hands down winner. Back when they had the spicy crunchwrap supreme it was even better.
Dairy Queen: Good luck ordering savory food here. I decided to get an A1 burger not too long ago and unwrapping it was horrible. The entire wrapper was coated in A1 sauce and the bun et al were soggy messes.

I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting, but yeah. Quit eating it and you're going to notice an uptick in how you feel each day.

Nah, we have sphincters and our esophagus has rings of muscle which squeeze food down. To be unable to eat upside down or in zero G or whatever you have to have some sort of physical deficiency. However it might be really messy/easy to get food in your hair or face or whatever if you're physically fine but an uncoordinated fuck like me. Bits of that burger would fall out before it was over my face. Probably the bits with most sauce on.

Hello fellow armchair biologist. I too am an armchair biologist.

While what you state is all true, our bodies were developed with gravity in mind. Eating horizontally is possible, but it will definitely cause indigestion.

Go eat a full meal while lying completely (shoulders and head too) flat and tell me that isn't uncomfortable.

Yeah, but my point was that we can. Not that it's a good idea or what I would do it. Unless someone was like "eat that burger laying down and we'll take a picture and pay you". In that circumstance one might endure the indigestion or even get up if the shoot is done quickly.

The way I make burgers ismixing S&P, worssh, pinch of paprika, a bit of honey. mix that shit together real good. make thin pattys. thick pattys cook horribly and you end up with big dry turds. add to a hot skillet. flip once the blood rises. flip only once. add cheese. toast buns when you flip the burger. bbq and onions on the bottom bun. mayo, lettuce, tomato on the top bun.

Perfect. Burger.

everyone knows there are 8 different variety of SMOKED HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA>
they are
-különleges ("special quality"; mild and most vibrant red)
-csípősmentes csemege (delicate and mild)
-csemege paprika (similar to the previous but more pungent)
-csípős csemege (even more pungent)
-édesnemes ("noble sweet"; slightly pungent and bright red)
  • félédes (semi-sweet with medium pungency)
-rózsa (mildly pungent and pale red)
and of course my personal favorite
-erős (hottest and light brown to orange)

I HIGHLY suggest trying them all. Talk to your local SMOKED HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA farmer today!

I'm not the one pretending to like paprika. I bet you don't even know what it tastes like. Just copying wikipedia straight up. I mean seriously. I have smoked paprika on what I'm cooking today (chicken with various vegetables, the paprika works really well with corgette and butternut squash in particular), but you know I'll be real I don't know what variety it is. Ackshully, mongoloid has its origin as its a slur towards Mongols or someone of East Asian descent. So by definition, Hungarians are not East Asian but in fact Eastern European!

Ackshully no, hungarians are kinda mongoloids, they came from east asia all the way to central europe (they're not slavs at all, 0 connection, unlike eastern europeans).
Lol hungarians are not eastern european at all. even the country isn't part of eastern europe, it's between the western and eastern part of europe, commonly reffered to as central europe.
Whatever though. I think this is a retarded discussion to continue.

AXshullee; Attila being regarded as the ancestral ruler of the Hungarians is now considered inaccurate. Hungarians are Magyar:
>Written sources called Magyars "Hungarians" before the conquest of the Carpathian Basin when they still lived on the Steppes of Eastern Europe
>lived on the Steppes of Eastern Europe
>lived [...] Eastern Europe
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magyar_tribes
https://www.britannica.com/place/Hungary
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Hungary

also, was raised/taught by Cold War era peeps in US, so anything of East Berlin Wall was taught as Eastern Euro, and assuming you're Euro and have a different geographic school of thought, hence the confusion.

CommentMy favorite snack is Beef steak. For preparing it you need to take beef, black pepper and chili, basil.
You need to
1.To roll meat in spices
2. Fry in a frying pan grill for one minute on each side
3. To put steak to the oven for 10 min.
Last weekend I put beef steak in food containers which I purchased on https://allinpackaging.co.uk/food-packaging/catering-containers/ and took them to picnic with friends.

It's probably like 40% rice. Not a lot of meat though. Mostly rice, beans and veggies, which the veggies are actually pretty good. There's a decent amount in it that isn't filler and that's why it's like $6 or $7. Not really worth it but if you need something quick with lots of protein I guess I'd recommend it.

Vietnam. I literally just came back from KFC, because my motorbike stopped working and it was just around the corner. Could've easily gone for some bò sốt tiêu đen or perhaps a nice plate of phở xào thịt gá, but idk I just really really wanted some KFC.

Anyways I was kinda disappointed. I kind of wish I just had a bowl of local food instead. I've never had American KFC so I can't compare, and to be honest I haven't had KFC in fucking years, but I remember it being a lot tastier back home. Maybe KFC just isn't that good in the first place? I don't know. There is a small burger shack not too far from here that does massive Australian beef bacon double cheese burgers that are fucking delicious, I think I'll just stick to there whenever I have a craving for Western junk food. Man Western junk food is good.

All this fast food talk got me hankering for some, last night went to Whataburger for the first time in months. Got a patty melt with grilled jalapeños on burger bun and hbcb meal at like 1am (and even though I went late there was the usual ginormous line, there were 6 cars ahead of me when I arrived & had 7 cars behind me as I got to the order box

Now for dinner I got Chick-fil-A; 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 4-count strips and a salad just so I can split it up for tomorrow's meals when I come home something about cold leftover Chick-fil-A is so dank

No I'm not an Aussie, I dunno why you would presume that. I'm Irish. I will try KFC again one day, but more likely back at home, and stoned out of my mind. I think I will get a huge bucket of popcorn chicken next time. CHICKEN BALLS

Banh mi kinda sucks dude. It's just an Asian sandwich. I don't know, I don't like it that much. There are way better and tastier dishes than banh mi. Even though they eat lots of bread here it's not very good quality bread, and the stuff they put in the sandwiches is fine, but it's just... not the same. They don't really put much meat in it, lots of salad, weird unidentifiable Asian sauce and strange small circular crunchy vegetables that I don't fucking know the name of, I've only seen them here. Like when you think "man I could kill for a sandwich" banh mi is not really what you want. It's fine as it's own thing, but don't think of it as a sandwich. Think of it as weird Asian salad that happens to be between some very light white bread.

There's a French bakery near me that sells the DANKEST of breads and REAL sandwiches. I'm talking BLTs, sausage sandwiches, meatball sandwiches, etc. That's where I go to sling some 'wiches. If my shitty bike motorbike hadn't broke down that's where I would be going right now for breakfast. My fast food options for the next 2 days are limited to KFC, noodle soup and a variety of strange stir fry dishes most of which I don't know the name of. Think I might try the salt roasted frog later.

I assumed you were Aussie because you mentioned some Australian burger and assumed you'd only know what qualifies an Aussie burger is if you were Aussie (but I guess you just meant the beef was Australian).

And idk dude, in my neck of the woods (Houston, TX) where there's a huge Vietnamese population (I think second in the US) and banh mis are like dirt cheap here (like at most 6 dollars) and you can never go wrong with it. It's Asian style meat with a buttery mayo with oyster sauce with pickled onions and carrot, raw jalapeño and cilantro all on fresh baked baguette. Idk how they'd do anything different in the origin country, so idk what you talking about tbh

But that French café sounds hella dope; I love the French-Viatnamese fusion. One of my friends is Vietnamese and he cooks some of the best food, and I imagine it's the French influence of culinary art/cuisine that permiated to the Vietnamese culture during its French colonial period.

Cookout is fantastic. There's one about 15 minutes from my house and any time that I'm coming home at 2 in the morning it's a godsend. Just under 6 bucks for a double burger tray with a bacon wrap, cajun fries, and a huge tea. Food is actually pretty good quality for what it is and man if it isn't cheap as shit. Just an overall awesome restaurant.

Super religious and weirdly patriotic though. Each cup in their restaurant has "God Bless America" somewhere on it. I wouldn't be surprised if they get the Chick-Fil-A treatment on that front, but if you can look past it it's worth a try if you're ever in the south.
