So, I understand that salvia is illegal in Suffolk county, but I'm having a hard time finding anywhere else on the island I can get it. Is it illegal in Nassau county too, or did it just disappear when Suffolk banned it?

As far as I can tell, a bill that would ban the sale of it (not use or possession) passed the state senate 5 years ago, but I can't find any evidence that it ever passed the assembly or was put into law (any sources saying otherwise would be appreciated).

Apparently, it never passed, since there was proposed legislation on it as recently as January. Can anyone not in Suffolk county confirm if it's still for sale somewhere?

Hate to piggyback off of your thread, OP, but I would hate to start a new Salvia thread even more...
So as far as I can tell, Salvia is legal is West Virginia. But for the life of me, I cannot find it in any headshops whenever I am in the area! I am not a resident of the state so ordering it online is probably out of the question. Can anyone tell me how I can score in WV when I am not a resident?

It's also legal in NJ, and I know of exactly (3) bags of the stuff between the 5 or 6 headshops in the area.

If you're sure it's legal where you live you are probably better off ordering it online?
