To be honest, when Pardew was signing the likes of Cabaye, Ba etc etc he must have been telling them that we were going to be fighting against relegation/hopefully a top half position. By that im assuming that they'd be more willing to stay, the ambition is there to see.

Cabaye for example came from Lille, a very successful French team with Champions League football yet came to Newcastle to fight and be in the best league in the world. Ba, on the other hand, isn't so clear cut. He came for free, proved he can score but has been swept to the side by Cisse so him leaving could occur if he wants more glory but look at Enrique.

As for building a deeper squad that's occuring as we speak. We've probably got numerous players lined up, some already signed apparently, and if our ambition in the market is anything compared to last summer we'll be in even better contention this summer with our rapid progress. I have practised parkour for two years now and although I don't trick I do appreciate the act for what it is. You say tricking is for faggots but have you paid attention to it? Those guys have some explosive force.

At the core of each sport is generally a similar strength program. Sure, there are a lot of faggots who trick but those who are really good are no different to any other athlete in terms of progression and sensibility.

At the core of any athlete is often a great weights routine, diet control, and hours of practice. If you think any of these makes you a faggot then quite frankly your opinion isn't worth shit.

So I had to google "tricking" because I'd never heard of it before and... why don't these guys focus that ability into something more technical instead of just flipping around? I mean, it looks cool and I'm sure they have fun, but why not become an actual gymnast and put those skills to work.

Oh, it is actually quite technical. Tricking has redefined gymnastics because trickers are now doing what gymnasts would never have thought was possible. Not only this but recently we have seen a huge rise of break dancing and martial arts being incorporated into tricking. While tricking has now reached a popularity point that is the 'new exciting thing' to include in movies; for example Tron. Tricking is also more commonly found in music videos too.

Honestly these guys. They do it for the love, just a hobby that becomes a life style. SO many boundaries have been broken, for example the multiple one legged plyos up until now would have been wtf?

Anyway, I don't trick or anything, I just find this stuff quite inspiring.
