Hey guys.

I play basketball for pretty much half my life.
I'm turning 28 soon and college/jobs/private stuff is wearing me out at times and I noticed I can't play as I used to. (ganted I play in a pretty rough gym LOL) My main problem is that I lost confidence in the zone. I can't drive to the hoop anymore without someone hindering me and I feel like I'm very easy for other players to push aside when it comes to the obligatory cage fights under the basket.

I'm 6'3 and I weigh about 75 kilos (sorry, I don't know the American weight measurement :P) so obviously I'm on the lighter side. Is there a way to make my way under the basket or am I doomed to become one of those players you rather not pass to?

Dude no offense you're a walking stick... Just gain some weight. I'm sure you have a fast metabolism but that's your only option.

165 isn't a walking stick. It's just skinny. I'm 135, same height. THAT is walking stick levels.

read up on some low post moves and work on your footwork. Ive always used proper positioning and leverage to compensate for size differences under the basket, but im also 6'3 and a healthy 225, so it might be a little easier for me.
