trying to get Centos Arm on a pi 3, seems to boot from the SD card but does not recognize the ether net so i cannot get to it on to PuTTY. Any suggestions? Been using https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/AltArch/Arm32/RaspberryPi3 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFd6IZBV1yc as a guide for this project

What have you tried? If you haven't tried anything beyond what you linked, my advice would be that CentOS is not for you.

Yeah shows ups when running Rasbian but nada for the Centos and just bricked my laptop trying to put a new OS on it so any advise for creating bootable USB drives in pi? Done some light research but most of what I have found is for putting Rasbian on a usb and running it from there.

Linux is not CentOS. CentOS is not for people whose idea of documentation is a wiki and a Youtube video. Stick to Rasbian maybe.
