Hello /tech/!

Back in the 90's web search agents was all the rage. But where have they gone? And is there any desktop program that does the same?

I'm more interested in getting the rigth answer over the quick answer. I'd love to have a program where you simply upload the pictures to it. And it runs in the background and notices me when it found something. I want the search to be customizable to the individual image. Let's say that image A will be given 100 searches during 10 days using 1 search engine and image B will get 100 searches during 1 day using 10 search engines.

I've checked out Download.com, but it's all Google-Google-Google. And Imageraider.com hasn't worked for me for a year.

Thanks in advance!

If you know how to write a python script and know what elasticsearch is checkout this: https://github.com/EdjoLabs/image-match
If not and you have disposable income pay some codemonkey 200 bucks on freelancer.com to do it for you. (You can probably get somebody to do it for half of that if you can wait)
If none of the above google moar and don't catch any viruses, good luck...

Sorry for the snark, but if you are that serious about your porn you should at least have some rudimentary skills.

Try Yandex. It has a broader sample than those two combined, and doesn't censor or cave to removal demands like Google. Yandex also uses facial recognition in their reverse image searches so they are more useful for finding the name of the model or pornstar.

Yandex removes all kinds of things. As far as I know they aren't transparent about it.

Yeah, things like coverage of the shit they're doing in Ukraine, the mysterious rash of suicides that seems to be affecting journalists that are critical of Putin, discussions of Putin robbing the pension funds etc. But Porn? Not so much.
