Hey, this is kinda long shot but here I go.

I want to create (or find) a program that will construct smith-goodman fatigue diagram for common steels. I'm studying mechanical engineering in eastern europe and the lectures weren't really thourough. I would really appreciate some help on this. Even some good literature online would be great help. Thanks.

As far as for steel, you might be able to request a data book from a major supplier, or see if they have PDF versions available for download.
