This towering giant of tobacco engineering does not get nearly enough love.

>fine cut for a big nicotine hit
>top shelf taste, a mixture of smokey tobacco with geranium and perhaps rose
>heavily fermented, sweet leaf
>receipt goes back 200 years

I like a good cig, I like a cigar, I love nasal snuff, but as far as dip goes, this is undoubtedly the king.

I don't really like the fermented taste so I go for snus instead

Snus is fermented too, that's why it's black. But yeah american snuff is definitely "hardier" and harsher than the swedish kind, I can see why one who like one might not ike the other.

It's steam pasteurized, not fermented

I remember trying that stuff once, in the cardboard can. It tasted like someone ground up the wallpaper that had been in a cigar lounge for 30 years, maybe I got a stale can or something but it was bad
