Sometimes at work Ill go into the bathroom stall and take a few puffs on my ecig during a long day. A guy at work just got fired for a Smirnoff bottle falling out of his jacket. Do you think they would fire me if I kept vaping in the bathroom or just write me up? Should I stop all together? I usually only hit it like 2-4 times per shift.

Just keep it low, try not to blow out huge fucking clouds and you're good. You are probably not the only one doing it and it really isn't anyone's business what you are doing in the bathroom. If anyone asks about it get indignant about it.

I finally got my hands on medicinal marijuana that can be vaped but it so pricey I only picked up 1ml of the stuff to see if its more effective then the sublinqual tinctures I have been using. The dispensary sells the aspire mini nautilis premium kit (for $99) but they said for someone who's just trying it and only has 1ml that that kit would be too much. I've found the same kit online for less, but I was also looking at the ASPIRE K1 GLASSOMIZER and getting the Aspire CF VV+ 1000 mAh to power it. Any thoughts, the fluid it self is really thick, almost as much as honey and I have never vaped anything before.

The stuff is only cannabis oil and MCTs. I have concerns about vapping at higher wattages. When I looked at the aspire in the store it said it was capable of 3w - 4.5w but im not sure how considering it has a 1.8ohm resistor and the battery it comes with is only ranged 3.3-4.8V meaing its minimum should be around 6 watts which is around where id like to start.

Is there an alternative to having a tank where you don't have to fiil it up everytime, since the product is so expensive and theres always going to be some loss from using the syringe id like to minimize how much is lost.

I would honestly try a Uwell tank with a higher output mod (atleast 80w I would guess) unless they tell you the watts to run on you should go for more watts and play with the amount till you get the power right.

I've only vaped 100%VG tincture. Anything oil is typically not good to vape. Imagine working in a fry house without ventilation? Would you want to be inhaling evaporated grease? Besides that your atty will die quicker. The only issue is most tinctures are best used with and RDA.

Shockingly enough, what's works the best with those are ego 510 pens with a 5ml cartridge. Just look at drdabbers cartridges for confirmation.

But the secret is to not be a cheap ass. Those carts are not meant to be refilled. So make sure you buy boxed sets instead of singles.

I bought this http://www.joyetech.com/evic-vtc-mini/
It came with a Ni coil. I asked storefolk for help, and only got dirty looks from dudes with earlobes longer than horsedicks.

I wasn't even told about priming the wick, the fat bitch at the store just opened the box and started fucking with everything in front of me.

I sorta understand how things work, but, I'm starting to feel like I may need to replace the coil. I can't even unscrew the damn thing from the boxmod, and sometimes slightly caramelized ejuice spits out of the airflow intake thing. I also have no clue how wicking works.

I have the very basic setup of this. Any suggestions on how to improve it? Or how to even remove the damn coil and replace it? I don't want to fuck this thing up.

Relatively new to vaping. Been working with a Snow wolf 200w v2 with the Herkales v2 tank and i typically buy .05ohm coils but right now i have .02
I'm confused as to what the different ohms mean. I typically keep my wattage around the 55-60w range consistently. Am i supposed to change that based on what ohms my coils are?
>>
Wesley Buzzridge - Tue, 02 Aug 2016 00:14:32 EST ID:XSM7b2ca No.2805 Ignore Report Quick Reply
To put it really simply, Lower Ohms = Higher Wattage required, Bigger Clouds, More Juice.
Also best to use a lower Nic. strength with lower ohms.
you should read up on ohms law and familiarize yourself with that.
from a quick google the .2 coils are ni200 and only for temp control so if you have been using it on VW mode the ni200 is probably oxidised so change to a new .2 coil and ONLY run it on temp control mode (fairly sure the snow wolf has Ni200)

>hash vape

There are a few that work well with hash, the ones that come to mind are butane vapes though, the Vapman and VapCap (two different companies, mind you), both are good with hash but require a butane torch. I have a VapCap (the basic class model) and it's done pretty well with hash but it's not "oil pen" discreet.

The problem with hash is the plant matter. If you don't care about actual vaporization I guess one of those flat stovetop coil type of pens ("flower vape pen") would work for lighting it but it's combustion not vaporization. You could theoretically turn the hash into oil via the rosin method, and then use that in regular oil pens. Do note though that since rosin is a mechanical separation it will also pull some plant waxes out so it will be harder on the pen atomizers, but it's still solventless oil and will work.

OP here.
Thanks, I've learned something new today. :)
I guess I should have left the discreet part out altogether

>>2789

Vapman looks like it could work really well for my home use but it's not really that portable and something I can keep in my jacket pocket when I'm out shopping, gone fishing or other ways out on the road (Pokemon Go anyone?? :).
I really appreciate your tip though, and I've made a order for a Vapman classic pear tree with the torch. interestingly the retail of only the vapman classic is $126 while a set with Vapman classic and the torch is $130. $4 extra for the torch is a no-brainer! :)

As for my dream of having a pen in my pocket ready when I'm ready... simply put there seems like there's nothing made for good old fashion hash. only seen a few comments about putting it in dry herb chambers inside a cotton ball ((will that really work? won't the cotton catch fire?)) or mix it with a nugget and use that in a pen. Other than that, extracting the THC from hashish and use it in a oil pen seems like the right way to go.

dude, you can have liquid iron if you so please. it all depends on the solvent.
I'm aware things like toluine or dichloromethane (DCM) can carry the dmt molecule due to its polarity. the issue is making sure you get only the dmt and not an aeseotropic vapour of toluine or dcm when 'boiling' the mixture. now that wouldnt be fun. as far as im aware though (this is only a guess so dont hold me to it) you could use propelene glycol and dmt in a mixture if the molecule is the right polarity. the boiling point of dmt is 160C and the boiling point of PG is 188C so by the time you get PG vapor all the dmt will have boiled and be in the vapor.

But I'm pretty sure you can torch away any residue looking at how they are built, and they are modular, you probably only need to exchange the insert / mesh.

Can I reclaim anything from cotton balls soaked from hash oil, maybe make a QWISO extract? Or maybe soak in cooking oil? don't know what that does to cotton

In my desktop vape I use a tiny bit of hash oil on part of a cotton ball. Love it. 1g of hash oil can hold me for a month even with daily use and if I follow the below exactly, which took a lot of trial and error. But I feel like I could still get something out of the semi-used cotton.

my procedure (which I know only I care about, but fuck it):
I preheat the element and bowl at 260c, then insert the (100% natural, organic) cotton bed so it fills 1/4 to 1/2 the bowl, sprinkle a few slivers of hash onto the cotton and wait 5-10 minutes (ideally with a topper in place for the bowl, like pictured). Then you turn on the fan to high for a few seconds, and once the hash starts to bubble turn the fan down to low. When using a vape bag like pictured, you fill it at low speed for about half the bag. At half, turn off the fan and carefully rotate the cotton bed with a long thin item so the hash is exposed on the side or facing down (towards heating element, but only done if it's not runny at all). Set it back up, medium speed, then down to low until bag fills.

what is your experience with cigarette style vapes?

i got a bunch of mark 10, vuse, and blu ecigs from a festival i went to and i find them way more convenient to use compared to a 'box' vape.

the one issue i have is that the cartridges are stupid fucking expensive and the charge basically lasts me a day, if that.

are there any 'cigarette style' vapes that you guys would recommend? is it even possible to get a vaporizer in a cigarette that doesn't preform terribly? i don't really care about blowing huge clouds or whatever, i just want a refillable cigarette sized vaporizer that will last me longer than a couple hours.

Well you could look into the ego one mini my man. It's not a 100% cig-alike device but it is pretty damn tiny, comes with a refillable tank, and a reliable battery which would last you around two days on moderate use.

The only problem may be the coil heads, which are meh in my opinion (not terrible though) and last for three days more or less.

Theres a reason no one uses them for more than a little while, then moves on to something better or back to smokes. Those things are generally unsatisfying, expensive, shitty tasting, and you cant refill or customize them. Youre better off looking for a smaller ego battery mod and tank, something simple and discreet, while still being many steps above the shitty gas station vapes.

Not OP but;

I've only seen a few cigalikes in my searches so far and even fewer good ones.
All I want is something light and portable to chill with, nicotine free for a few hours a day, that uses juice and not carts.
What about the eRoll-C?
I've heard it has some leakage problems?
But hell, an eRoll-C with the Mega size PCC sounds absolutely perfect.

Curious, but what do vapers use to prevent leaks?

When I started vaping, I used to use an Eon Smoke cigalike. Being fairly broke, and not wanting to make an investment I didn't want to stick with, but sick of spending assloads of money on carts, I got a refillable clearomizer.

I don't know if this helps, or if they still make these things (pretty much everything is 510 now), but that particular fitting was KR808d1. (You might have to google a bit, but for reference, the battery was male, and the cart female).

Honestly though you're probably better off just getting a pen style vape. It's not gonna be as small as a cigalike, but it's less bulky than a mod and gives better battery life then cigalikes.

I actually went ahead and bought the eRoll-C at a local vape shop for $55. after a few hiccups putting it together and filling it, which I can blame on my own inexperience with these things it's treating me well.
The cigs do last a legit 3-6 hours, the carrying case charges them fast and it's simple enough to just plug it in while I'm at the PC at home. The small tanks are hardly an issue, switching between them I haven't run out of the first fills. Keeping the e-juice at the desk where I charge the case, it's trivial to fill when I'm just chilling. The tank window lets me check on the level, but it does take a second for the juice to settle.

The only complaints I have are the LED, which can't be seen from the front, so you have to use a hand to see if the battery light is blinking. and how hot the atomizer tube gets hot after a few rapid puffs, only because it's right where you want to hold it. it's easy enough to work around and I'm getting used to the heat.
I might have to buy something to go over the nozzles of juice bottles, because the tank hole is kinda small.

I got a 0mg Root Beer flavour juice.
