Hey, pretty new to vaping so try to excuse me.

Does anyone know anything about repairing or even just troubleshooting these kind of coils? I got my first vape a few days ago, and two days after first using it the silver bit that screws on top of the chamber became stuck, and in trying to get it off I ended up taking the end bit off the coil and sticking a pin inside of it for whatever dumb reason. Now it wont work at all, I think I might have broke or knocked something out of place. I've ordered some replacement ones but they wont arrive until next week. So is there anything I can do to get this working again?

Those are really simple to take apart and rebuild. I had about 6 of them and once they burned out I just bought some wire and cotton and rebuilt them and they worked better than before. A good first step in learning how to build before you upgrade to a real setup.

The NEBOX is questionable, really.
Its temperature control takes over a second to even activate at all, AFTER the delay it adds for some reason, that takes even longer before starting on lower wattage TC. Not to mention it fails to ever read resistance right (Tested with an ohm reader and two different kanger tanks on two different devices).
Crappy TC with nickel is a recipe for disaster. While running nickel without TC is a bad idea due to heavy fluctuations in resistance and nickel being toxic at really high temperatures; not really dangerous if you're not running max power, but still a bad idea.
Its tank holds flavors like hell. Plastic tanks often do, but it's 10ml and built in. The only way to clean it properly is to seal the battery hole or remove it and flush the tank out repetitively, carefully avoiding the interface side. But even after a full flush with alcohol (Evaporated after of course) and cotton swabs all throughout, some flavors (Particularly menthol) still last SOMEHOW.
Airflow is terrible. Especially with the RBA.
Prebuilt coils are often badly wicked. Anything with a higher PG ratio than 40% floods a little and gives spitback pretty easily.
There's also the leaking issue. Yeah yeah, solvable with o-rings and making sure it's not over-tightened. But that should not be a problem in the first place. And the pealing paint. Both are common, be it minor, kanger problems.

A side issue. The RBA itself is badly implemented, honestly.
It encourages bad building practice. Since it has to be completely in the bottom to even run at all, you can't glow and align it without an entirely separate device. It's tiny and annoying to build on anyway, but still.
It doesn't fit tight in the NEBOX itself, won't screw all the way down into the tank.
The screw holding on the cover is weak. It strips easy as HELL, comes loose unless it's so tight that the tiny little screwdriver can't move it at all. And even when screwed in as tight as possible still manages to catch on the tank opening, making it hell to get out.
It's clearly for other tanks, not for the NEBOX. But still included with starter kits.
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.

VAPING WEED IN A TRADITIONAL ATOMIZER??? by Ian Dimmermire - Tue, 11 Oct 2016 16:53:05 EST ID:4OaXOWtE No.3016 Ignore Report Reply Quick Reply

My friend gave me this little vape pen (eGo AIO) cuz he got a freebie in a promotion.

I want to use to vape some DRUGS! Marijuana that is! I heard you can get CBD oils and just pour it in.

Anyone here doing that? And if you are, I heard you don't get the 'high' feeling of smoking weed. What does that mean for the experience? Will movies still be awesome or will i just be relaxed and calm all the time?

Any tips would be doping. Thanks bloods

Most of the pen style herb vapes also suck. There are good portable herb vapes but they're not based off of ecigs and start around $100 dollars.

There are atomizers that can vape straight hash, but they're not compatible with what you have be cause its an all in one unit.

I'd recommend a Yocan Evolve plus. Its designed for vaping straight wax, uses standard 510 connections, and goes for around $25-30.

I wouldn't try to use that thing for any kind of weed based tincture, even the PG/VG tinctures you can make simply because it's really hard to get all of the plant material out of the juice. It always burns and clogs.
As for CBD oil, it won't get you high. It will help you relax but it's not psychoactive like THC and other cannabinoids.
Vaping flower gives you sort of a clearer high but it's weak in my opinion. hash oil is where it's at.
For vaping hash oils I always used my eGo 510 battery with either a bulb vape that's made for hash, a preloaded autodripper filled with oil or a retooled autodripper that was made for eJuice that i just wrapped a coil for myself. best of those three is preloaded cartridges.
Good luck yung nigga

I stayed away from vaping because I never cared about nicotine, and the "culture" is not something anyone wants to be involved with. Only later I found out you can have flavored liquids, so I bought a couple of disposable e-cigs, and tried them out.

Boy was I disappointed. The flavor is weak and lasts no time at all. Is this just a shit product (pic related) or is that representative of flavored vaping?

DIY over the counter juice in Romania by Bob Markly - Mon, 31 Oct 2016 02:42:50 EST ID:MwZFqkHP No.3074 Ignore Report Reply Quick Reply

Been in and out of Romania for work this year and of all the places i have been it is the cheapest for over the counter DIY juice.
I was in a city called cluj where nic, 120 base, and 2 flavours cost 22 euros and the flavours where really good. Recently bought from a city called Satu Mare, flavours where a bit over the top, way too sweet but for the same amount of kit was 17 euro.

Basically because noone can afford premium juice it is all about the DIY so you can get it for a reasonable price over the counter, no long waits for order ins over the internets. I am curious to see if other eastern europe countries will be the same

Going through too much juice and money? by Fuck Worthingridge - Tue, 11 Oct 2016 15:44:15 EST ID:/RO/Bje2 No.3013 Ignore Report Reply Quick Reply

So a few weeks ago I copped the Innokin Cool Fire 4 Plus with the iSub G tank included running on 0.5 ohm coils.

I really love the setup but I've been going through juice fast. I've been buying Element juice (80% PG, 3mg) and going through maybe 50ml a week which is like £25 a week.

This tank can be used with 1 ohm and 2 ohm coils, would reducing the resistance reduce the amount of juice I go through?

If so what kind of juice should I buy? Stick with high PG juices? Increase to 6mg to compensate?

Thanks

It would probably be negligible. If you really want to save money you should start mixing your own juice. Its very easy and would only cost a few pounds a week.

If you are going to continue to use the high VG Elements I would not recommend using the higher resistance coils. Those liquids are serious coil-killers and I would expect running at low(ish)-wattage needed for the 1.0 coils you will get dry hits and would be lucky to get through a couple of tanks before your coils are dead.
If you are not wanting to get into home-brewing there are plenty of sources to get high-VG juice at a more reasonable price, either from on-line vendors or you might find your B&M may stock some lines that are a little more reasonable on your wallet but still of a high quality.

Ended up buying a Nautilus X tank to use daily and with cheaper juices. I'll keep the sub-ohm and premium juice vaping for special occasions.

I found some guy in a bar at the weekend who makes his own juice and he gave me a freebie, but really didn't like the taste and tossed it.

Honestly mate, D.I.Y or fuckin DIE.

50 ml a week will cost you a 5er or less.

Basically, all other science, is just bullshit on this one.

It's simple.

Look up recipes online. Buy from various UK vape flavour suppliers. Mix like a litre at once. Boom. Sorted. Wait a few weeks for the steep.

I go through silly amounts - upto 30ml a day I guess. Don't even notice, don't even worry about the costs.

I think 3 litres was about £120 all in.

Buy a flowermate 5s pro instead for same money.

Seriously FUCK the mflb. I've had 2 of that shitty vape, they were the only vape I used for years, so my opinion is qualified. I knew all the inhales. I knew the grinding, I did everything correctly and could get ripped off it.

BUT fuck me it sucks. The batteries eventually go red hot, constantly drained within like 3 chambers? Too complicated for mates to get in on the action, there's lots of playing with it or you burn the weed etc. Then you have that tedious charge time. Shit is inefficient and poorly designed for purpose.

Flowermate pro is simple as fuck. Variable up to 440* temp control, five clicks for on and you just sit and cruise with it for 15 mins before the mouthpiece gets hot. Battery lasts ages, full charge would cover me upto 2 full days before a 2 hour charge. Also shape of mouthpiece = resin city, lots of reclaiming to be done.

OP I suggest you get over the mflb, it's a nice entry level cheapo thing but in the long run is very poorly designed and there are much better options for same money.

Fuck mflb.

I think my next vape will be an Arizer Air, can't justify the price of a Crafty or Mighty.

Arizer is a North American (Canadian) company and they have higher standards than most so I would think its a well made portable. Ive only heard that its battery is not as long lasting as the Solo, but thats a given, given the weight and size diff.
