Im not getting a damn car payment. I'd rather wait until I'm in a new place and get my tax return. Problem is I want this specific car. There's only 2 that are under 100kmiles in my area one being 88k the other 56.
Obviously can't garuntee those will be there by then.
I'm in the Northeast. Willing to travel.
The 100+ miles will probably end up shittin out on Me sooner requiring maintence.

So just how rare are they?

I don't have a car my dude. I can't afford foreign cars. They're legit all over 137k In my price range. I also can't afford to wait. I could get a low mileage Buick possibly but hahaha who would thunk! American made

The lsv8 is legit the last good rwd car Ford made. How are you going to compare it to new Ford focuses lmao. For its price range it's a quality car. You might have to put maintence on it when the mileage gets high but don't act like that's not the case for BMWs. How are American cars a status thing? Basically all new cars people prefer foreigns. The LS v8 is a good affordable car. I bet you think mustangs and Chevy's from the 90s are also trash.

>>Then how are you going to wait until spring for your tax return?

It's called being broke. I can barely make rent working 80hrs and need to get out of this expensive lease. I don't live in a rural area though I can walk to work in 40 mins.

By I can't wait I mean a job that requires a car is starting by spring. I'm looking into Lexus though anyway. It's just not exactly like people aint buying American cars around here so that's a lot of the used market. Everyone's in Buicks and BMWs lol

Thirdly you mean to tell me a Lexus LS v8 equivalent with 4 owners and 180k miles is worth dumping out more money than Lincoln's version? I ain't gonna pretend I wouldn't prefer a Lexus ls400 but it isn't exactly as readily available. Like I said everyone in my city drives Buicks, and BMWs. So what will the used car market be?

Give me a suggestion to a Toyota that is sporty and luxurois at the same time then. I've had a camry before and it was good and reliable. It's just after borrowing my body's GTI for a few months this summer I can't get out of my head that some cars are just fun to be in vs others. I would ideally have an impreza but my pockets are low and I hate the idea of a loan. The Buick in looking at is under 30k miles but like from 2012 and from someone I know who is a mechanic and will give me legit 8k off regular market price. Shit man I'm asking for suggestions not exactly debating.

Also I'm not totally opposed to loans but I'm definitely not getting one when Ill only have a small downpayment plus I'm working on my credit which will be well up by spring.

I'm mexican Cambodian in an all black and Asian area with a ton of gang activity. Tints in any car might get you pulled over. I don't necessarily want a v8. I'm honestly leaning toward a v6 accord or just get a loan on an impreza. By luxury all i mean is comfort I don't really care about what the term means marketing wise. Just not like a fuckin two door camaro. I honestly just miss the feel and space of my dad's old impala SS 96. Say what you will about American cars but fuck I loved that thing.

Honda makes the best cars in the world, cheapest to tune and repair therefore most reliable and this means it may not be the quickest in stock but with time and patience any civic or accord can become sporty. Eat a bag of dicks with your fords Audi's and chevys.

>plus I'm working on my credit
I don't know what your exact situation is like, but my car loan did wonders for my credit it. I had about 4k cash plus a thousand on my trade in for a 10k car. The loan I got through a local credit union was for three years at 4.7% APR with very little credit, no penalty for paying the principal off early. This was buying through a used car dealership, mind you (evidently the only honest one in the area).

Anyway, good luck finding your white whale, OP. I'm just giving you some food for thought.

Maybe I'll just forever have to be on foot. While that would help my credit even with working full time I never have any money left over after rent and bills as it is. I maybe have 100-200 tops which in this state would just barely cover insurance let alone a car payment.
