Happy 420!!! I hope your night is going well. I just wanted to share a thought I just had with you.

Hemp tea is like the beer of weed smoking.

Cannabis flower is like wine,
coming in a multitude of varieties and strengths,
each with their own distinct taste and aroma.
A sweet liquer is the Cannabis infused chocolate bar,
a wondrous wedding of the sweet and bitter,
much akin to it's counterpart, Creme de Cacao.
Finally, there is the Cannabis extract,
derived from the flower by a process not unlike
a lesson in High School Chemistry,
like the production of Cognac, a distilled fine wine.

All of this variety comes from two species of Cannabis,
Cannabis indica and Cannabis sativa,
like how red and white Vitis vinivera make up all the variety of wine.

So what happened to the third species, Cannabis ruderalis?
Well it's currently used to make paper and clothing.

This species contains less than half a percent of tetrahydrocannabidol,
so smoking is ineffective, but if brewed into a tea it can be drunk.
This method is not psychoactive, but it could be an interesting thing to try while smoking or vaping.

It would be awesome if you could post your thoughts about this, so take some herb and smoke half while you brew the other half into tea. Then write your response while you enjoy your tea.
