So I'm sure there's plenty of truth to what he's saying. My perspective is that Lucky Star came out right around the same time as Code Geass, and whether you actually like the shows or not, since then we've had things like Parasyte, Psycho Pass, Attack on Titan, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and the ever so famous for an episode Goblin Slayer. Maybe he means that more personally in that, at his studio - where they make things like Love Live - maybe HE isn't allowed to do it? Or, maybe there's some miscommunication considering the article ironically titled "I wouldn't be allowed to make something like Code Geass" is about his latest release of a Code Geass movie? Was the new movie cute slice of life? I didn't watch it so idk. Getting away from just not being allowed to release "depressing" stuff, I can go through a brief list of anime from the past year and there is plenty of other garbage shows that don't feature any moe. Card fighting shows, Coming of age magic fighting shows, super power shows, sports shows, Historical shows, Mecha shows. I mean, most of them are really bad and that's kind of my point. Moe didn't kill anime, anime never died. There are just a lot of options being vomited out of studios that pad the selection so it seems like it's all doom and gloom. It's like saying Battle Royale is killing video games, while here I am playing half assed RPGs which don't feature a battle royale mode at all, if that analogy helps communicate my feelings at all. >> James Grimford - Fri, 11 Sep 2020 18:34:35 EST Xw1JDrXY No.3314 Reply 1599863675761.jpg -(1194708B / 1.14MB, 4961x7016) Thumbnail displayed, click image for full size. >>1128ok but say one thing that isnt a shit anime then. you basically said everything is shit, which is projecting that your life is shit; so you may need to reexamine your life

I literally only like anime from the late 70's/early 80's with funky soundtracks with lots of brass and slap bass. There's usually robots or vehicles involved. Let's have a thread for that shit. Gundam, VOTOMS, Area 88, Getter Robo. All that good shit. 24 posts and 17 images omitted. It was released back then on dvd by anime 18 aka central park mediaAnyway I found that there was supposedly (or planned to be) a rerelease on dvd in 2011 by kitty media under the original Japanese name terra story Animenewsnetwork and other sites like Amazon list the rerelease https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?id=19724However no picture or any other information existsI asked kitty media aka media blasters's official Twitter account about thishttps://mobile.twitter.com/futariaro/status/1295418225749037056Aside from getting them to follow me (which they do for everyone that follows them and replys to them)There wasn't an answer from themWhat happened ? >> Jack Brobbleford - Thu, 17 Feb 2022 18:22:43 EST Z+uHkm0c No.4096 Reply 1645140163667.jpg -(683385B / 667.37KB, 1536x2048) Thumbnail displayed, click image for full size. >>3288
