A gun and 1 bullet because you'll kill yourself on 600 calories if you are working out. Or you'll just sleep a ton anyways if you don't work out because you're starving to death. Are you trying to pack on weight? Because I'm pretty sure that is a weight problem.

I know BMI is unreliable but it works best at average heights like OP and if it's that low it's bad. OP is asking advice on how to... starve themselves to death. Or maybe how to manage their eating disorder. OP really needs therapy by the looks of things. When I wanted to lose 1/3 my body weight (my BMI then was 35) I still ate at 1600.

OP. Whack 1400 calories more on, probably going to need to do it a bit at a time maybe add in a couple of items/200cal per day until you're there. Then when your BMI is over 20 maybe think about eating slightly more and doing exercise. Your body weight will probably go up 2 or 3 KG just from retaining water by eating this, and that's fine.

What you should add should be a meal or two that use the following between them: An onion, a portion of brocolli, a carrot, 150g mixed veg, 80g of butternut squash, 80g of spinach, 80 of cabbage. Maybe a small potato.

Also follow it up with an apple and a banana as snacks or maybe one after your lunch. Maybe an orange. Fruit aren't as important as vegetables but a couple a day will do you a lot of good.

You should also source protein and fat. A steak, like a good 300g one. Or if you're broke some mince is acceptable. Beans, cheese, nuts are all also worth grabbing. Probably add some milk because your bones are probably fucked right now.

You'll still have a little room for something sweet so have dark chocolate, like 70% cocoa or maybe more. At this point you're basically eating super healthily.

Honestly if you're trying this hard to lose weight I think you should just talk with your doctor and do a full on medically supervised water fast. It will be easier eating nothing rather than eating 600 calories a day once you make it past the first three days.

Do not do this without talking to your Dr. as it can kill you.
