So, I work a 9 - 5 with a lot of dead time and, I'm googling a lot on ways to use that dead time for fitness.

Is there some routine I could do for like 15m, to work mobility/abs maybe?

Like, I'm doing capoeira and i like the idea of being mobile, and ofcourse working out so I'm looking for ways to maximize whatever time i got extra.

Also...so I algo go to the gym, unfortunately I currently can't afford an instructor and I pretty much improvise my workout plans on previous experiences.

Last one had me go through supersets of muscle groups like...

Chest + triceps, back + biceps, legs + shoulders.
Do you think this is ok for a dude that is inbetween a beginner and an intermediate?
Also, any solid reference for stuff like this...?

If you already train capoeira and you only have 15 minutes and you want to do something that improves core and mobility look at any static / isometric workout that emphasizes mobility.
