Everyone has different body goals. Only you know if you're making it.

You look athletic and fit so you aren't doing badly. Anyone who looks at you will know you exercise regularly and eat fairly decently.

yeah true, I just got a little body dysmorphia and I cant tell if I look athletic or not, specifically in my belly region. If I flex, it kinda looks like I have abs in the right light, but if I lean over a little I get like 4 skin folds.

If you're always gonna just be picking faults that's all you're gonna think about, and your demeanor will be ruled by that. Focus in on that pump and muscle feel good instead, since one never truly knows how they really look from others perspectives anyway, both because of height of perspective and their tastes. Might not even be stuff you can do anything about, I know somebody who broke up with a chick because she had really ugly thumbs, can't /ana/ thumbs more aesthetic.

That's what helped me the most for my body dysmorphia. Zoom in on how you feel inside your body rather than what it looks like from outside. Cause it's all in your behaviour that'll affect how people see you anyway. Can look fucking amazing but still be a modern hermit loner cause you'll never feel like you deserve nobody, cause you're not "done" yet, and you'll never be. When I had a look on 4chans /fit/ years ago that seemed to be about everybody on there. Sad fucks trying to gain their problems away.

Gotta get them heart & soul gains as well.
