> you find a "blank slate" robot escaped from its DARPA masters
> Meaning It still hasn't been conditioned to anything in the world.
> It still understands language, thought, has the capacity to learn.
> It needs you to help it understand what's going on.
> It learns faster, with better reaction timing and more tensile strength.
> DARPA will not take kindly to you "stealing" their slave robot.
> It has the capacity for self-repair, maintenance and powering up.
> The robot is a "person" but not human (obviously), with a mind capable of deep, complex emotions just as valid as humans.

How do you help your new friend?

it has no gender, so I'd assume it would have to either pick one or neither.
What music will it like? Will it enjoy sports? WIll it be sad that there's no other robots like it to enjoy?

I'd give it a cool "invisible man" style look with the wraps and sunglasses, but opt for a more conspicuous modern attire.

Then I'd try to teach it creative artwork, see if it can imagine rather than replicate.
THEN THE FUCKING MILITARY WOULD BLOW MY BRAINS OUT AND STEAL HIM BACK

I teach him the ways of the shwing.

I have no idea what music it would like, or sports, or if it will be sad. That's not up to me, that's up to the robot, though I would try and teach him how to be excellent to others, like Papa Bill and Ted taught me in my yout'.

If I had to suggest a clothing style for it to wear, maybe like biker leather getup, or alternatively shaolin monk wraps.

Teaching a robot art would be cool to me too, to diverge a bit from your robot I would teach the mufugger musics, but it wouldn't learn anything because I suck at playing instruments.

I would have it transform into the military so they military would be on my side, then we could all go get brunch down the street, they make breakfast sandwiches with pancakes fro bread I shit you not.

Teach it to break into secured systems and shut down the global economy

Risky because Gov can find. Probably best to make sure there's no tracking devices or capability to access it remotely. This will be one chance so it will have to debug all software on computers not capable of connecting to internet or wireless.

Obvious choice is make enlightened stonerbot buddy so I choose to create a global weapon see if it hits every killswitch for every reactor and electric grid sending mankind back to medieval era by teaching it preservation of as much life from extinction is its primary directive. Obvious and most efficient means of achieving that is killing the entire global petrol economy.

this doesn't make any sense. if it was a blank slate ready to be molded by me, then why did it escape in the first place? if this thing is capable of eluding government agencies why would it give a fuck about me or listen to my influence etc?

I'd built it a nice womanbot or manbot depending on what it is, and the ability to feel sexual pleasure, then mass produce it. If DARPA comes around, I'd threaten to expose their secrets.

Then get him to create another one of his own and sell it to China for 'billion dollars'
It's going to top itself anyway, sell the corpse.
