Post spaceships, real or fake, and what you would do if you had a spaceship? What kind of spaceship would you have? And why? What would you name it, who or what would be on your crew? What is your cosmic purpose? This could be in the future.

I will dump some spaceships to kick us off.

For me real spacecrafts are so much more impressive to look at than imaginary ones.

This is Soyuz, the workhorse spaceship of the Russian Federation, and up until a few years ago the entire world.

Can't wait to see what that enthusiastic Russian has to say about that. As for me personally I think it'd be pretty cook to have water shields everywhere. Like, having an inner shell composed completely of water for our hull. I think the gentle sloshing would be like sleeping inside a water bed. Just imagine how relaxing that would be. Sleeping inside the gentle wave motion of water in zero G. Yeaaaaaah

The hexcomb pattern doesn't make any sense in perspective, the edges look like they were done with the bevel and emboss tool, it's too uniformly grey and most of the ground around it (especially above and near the tow vehicle) has that distinctive cloudiness you get when you use the clone stamp tool poorly. Look how the elevated white box thing with flat edges is pressed flat against the wing which isn't flat at all. Even the visual noise on the image is different over the thing itself to everywhere else. You shouldn't have to analyse it that closely to tell that it's fake, you can tell at a glance. Maybe you have shitty monitors or something.

well duh, everybody knows that vaginas/sex-sleeves are terribly designed for active space-track travel and whatnot; while dick-ships are perfectly designed to thrust forth and deliver payloads, vagina-stations are best served as ports of raw material collection, fabrication, product-berthing and delivery.

You forget about a few things though, that make spherical/radial designs less frequent than you think:

>space debris

Even going sublight speeds, you want to have the least amount of surface area of your ship plowing into space debris head on. That makes log/gun/penis-like ships optimal for long or particularly fast trips. On the other hand, you don;t actually want the hull of your ship taking on that brunt in the first place, which is why most near-future hard sci-fi tends to give long haul penis ships a forward facing shield of some sort, maybe even doubling as a solar sail.

What do you guys think of this one? Sure, the crew is a little bit retarded and they kill each other on the regular and do all kind of other cool and bad shit but it makes life in space pretty entertaining. They follow this big, yellow (or red, I guess) spaceship through space like the retards they are yet they are never going to catch it lmao so dumb.

Other reason, is because Socialism like most human systems works best on the small scale. So you see, within small confines of community on spaceship, full Communism easily is achievable because is the baseline state of Man. It is only by artificially scaling societies is imperialism, slavery, Capitalism, and other forms of exploitation and concentration of wealth even possible to begin with. Such things is not even possible at smaller tribal scale. So I say you again, the natural logical progression of society is degradation and implosion of Capitalism into state Capitalism and welfare state, then further implosion and finally Socialiem and then Communism with atomization of society into heavily intermeshing local communes, and finally to anarchoprimitivism, logical outcome of which is achieving the fully space based society and returning to Garden of Eden in floating garden generation ships. This is basis of all life, in reproduction, and way for earth to reproduce itself and fertilize new worlds with life where process starts all over again there.

I am sad because no one is saying what they would do with their spaceship :C

This spaceship would be really REALLY fast, it wouldn't use a warp line or a wormhole, it would generate a super powerful metric field to push all debris out of its way so it could go upwards of 3 trillion times the speed of light without crashing into anything or causing friction against the fabric of spacetime. The helmet would be playing porn 24/7 in the visor, and my arms aren't even in the spacesuit arms they are tickling my dong.

I would name it Red Rocket. It's a girl spaceship.

I thought about so advanced it would just be a person standing there in normal clothes and there would be invisible floating orbs (Tardis Tech), like a future trek episode, the orbs would serve and you could travel through space very fast, teleport, replicate, status fields, time travel and alternative timeline. The future ship these people are in is a shell of the hardest matter, still got destroyed in an attack from the Borg using reverse time tech but human one escaped. With the advanced orbs in play can they resurrect man and save everything?

Have you ever seen the breakdown of the floorplans of the various enterprises? I'm more talking about how with the amount of crew and civilians on board, when you walked around it would seem empty most of the time. In one of the series, I hink the one with Picard, this is actually how the hallways look on camera, it is usually just the character the camera is on and no one else. Spacious for the long voyage, making sure no one gets claustrophobic? Vast difference from battlecruisers and carriers nowaways.

We followed the path of a free electron going through the universe and one time on an outer corner we went into a increase in velocity, had to cut the engines there, it's of close convergence to the outside. Something happen to me one time, a multi colored rip in the fabric of space appeared, I went through, it showed something to me.
