Well or dudes too, or queerdos, whatever you're into.
It'd be cool if two people born on 9/11 lost their virginity to eachother fucking raw making a 9/11-baby on the 18th anniversary of 9/11.
What would you even call that baby. Like a catchy name.

I was a little kid that saw it on tv, my mom saying it was fake, she was right I would later find out. Huge leap between hopetimistic 90s life and post/9-11. It was obvious fuckery but nobody wanted to admit they were bamboozled

I woke up with morning wood and was pounding off listening to Rick Dees on my radio alarm clock, the radio was completely unrelated to my masturbation but I remember the whole time thinking that this bit is dragging on for a long time with zero payout, I just heard him yelling frantically about planes and buildings exploding and I thought it was just a really experimental bit and the punchline was coming like when they have people call their spouses and try and convince them to come home for a quickie on air. As much as a wanted to stay glued to the radio and hear the punchline I had to walk to school, when I got there my first period teacher sat us down to explain what happened and I laughed and said holy shit that actually happened because I thought it was just a radio bit and that huge foreheaded cunt sent to detention because she said I was making fun of it. I was also the only middle eastern kid in the school so the next few years were fun, really got on off on the right foot in post 9/11 America.

For real real though, remember when people got mad about Muslims trying to practice their religion in Manhattan, but none of the same people give a shit about the fact that Saudi Arabia faces no repercussions for financing, tolerating, and harboring terrorists who would go on to carry out the 9/11 attacks?

The Sunni are the Hebrews of the Muslim world. Inshallah they will face the righteousness of Ali.

I didn't know what the world trade buildings were, and I pictured in my head a biplane crashing into a building. When I got home and told my mom some plane crashed into the world trade building very blasé. She freaked out completely, turned on the tv, and pronounced "My God, it's WWIII" and that statement was completely true except for the 'world' part. I then had nightmares and day terrors about planes crashing into tall buildings and my imagination would see those planes crashing into the buildings around us as we drove through downtown to the point where I was flinching and covering my head until we got outside of the city.

Then I watched the TV (network television, no cable) for the rest of the day. I remember thinking how i was watching history unfold.

I was in maybe 5th grade and on the way to school heard some announcements about it on the radio in our car. When I got to school we all had a moment of silence for what happened once we learned how terrible it was.

Bin Laden himself lamented that his big plan to get Americans to question their government's relationships with Saudi Arabia and Israel didn't really work. He was astounded by how stupid we are. I wish I could go back in time and just tell him, "Look dude, I know you think this is gonna work out one way, but you have no idea how this country works. There is a military-industrial complex that is just hungry as fuck for some kind of Big Bad Enemy, and once you open that can of worms, we're not leaving until... well, maybe never actually. We'll just stay in the country you chose to hide out in and fuck that shit up, getting our own servicemen killed non-stop. Why are we doing that? It's not even about vengeance. You just give the ruling class in America everything they wanted. Endless war. Reinforce the security state. Endless weapons contracts. There will be no recognition of what your pathetic demands were. You'll be killed, your brothers will be killed, innocents will be killed, and most importantly, a whole hell of a lot of money will be made."

So yeah, I do actually get it. I'm just cynical enough that I think it's a waste to care about it most of the time.

For sure. But historically, it's huge. There's a line from 9/11 to over a million Iraqis getting killed. Tens or hundreds of thousands of afghans have been killed. It extrends FAR beyond the people who died on 9/11. Maybe 9/11 was just the spark on the powderkeg, but it's still pretty interesting to think about.

What do you think the goal was?
What do you think the goal of terrorism in general is?

I by no means think he planned for the guy from the Apprentice to get elected, but he did plan on goading America into an unwinnable war and expected Americans to disagree on the war to the point they were at eachother's throats and that as the only super power at the time any military action we took would isolate us on the world stage. He also knew that with all the chaos going on corruption would be easily overlooked. Currently the unilateral power balance of the world where the US was dominant is over. If anything I'd say America, China and Russia are the superpowers, we lost our military supremacy by overusing our military and neglecting diplomacy 2 decades. We could still fuck shit up to the point of ending the world but when a bunch of other guys can too that seems like less of an indicator of whose military is better than which one can effectively spy, commit espionage, sew discord and ultimately capture Crimea. We're bulls in a china shop when it comes to that, storming in with a bunch of gay ass m-16s and pissing everyone off then standing in front of a banner we had printed to celebrate.

Can you imagine how pissed Osama Bin Laden would be if he found out at how many Americans think the whole thing was an inside job? People are amazingly stupid, and America has a lot of people. This stupidity will push on like a tank; it will bulldozer everything in site. It will eventually collide with the only other mass on this planet, and the world will split open. The fault lines where great economic powers buckle and warp each other will bring the magma of extinction up to the surface, and it will carry away all the tiny countries in a wave of fire.

My middle school had a bomb threat called in at least a couple times a year. This was well before 9/11. They treated it the same as a fire drill, pulled the alarm and made everyone evacuate while they were supposedly checking to make sure there wasn't a bomb, then they called everyone back inside. Of course at that age we wanted to see a bomb go off, but it happened so regularly that everyone always assumed it was just some kid playing a prank. Looking back on it now, I realize they were probably all emergency drills.

According to these reports, which include a map of the base's location in Nevada, Area 51 was merely a testing site for the government's U-2 and OXCART aerial surveillance programs

Are you saying that nothing was known about Area 51 until the CIA officially acknowledged it, because that's not true at all. It also a rather tepid follow-up to your previous bloviating and overstating of evidence. If you were arguing from a position of security or intelligence, then you wouldn't have to be so timid about the information that backs up your argument.

I was six years old when it happened. I was asleep in my bed, and was awakened by everyone in the house talking frantically about it while they were all huddled up in front of the TV. I didn't fully understand what had happened, nor did I care at the time. Years later I began researching and thinking about it a lot, and discovered it was a jewish conspiracy. Still can't believe there are people out there today who actually believe the official story.

I was 10 years old visiting my grandmother with my mother when it happened. Am from europe btw. I wanted to watch Dragon Ball Z which was supposed to run at that time and was sitting in front of the tv while my mother and grandmother were drinking coffee and talking. I started complaining that some stupid news are on and dbz is already late and they were like "it will start soon, don't worry" and it took them like 10 minutes to realize that the same news were on literally every channel and that something big happened. As a muslim, that day definitely changed how people perceive you. But the biggest tragedy is that I missed some dbz episodes that day, fuck bin laden man, I remember being really upset because of that.

I was eleven years old, in seventh grade math class. Science teacher came in and told math teacher what happened and we all went to the English classroom to watch it unfold.

I remember thinking it sucked for all the people in NYC, but I was glad about the plane (or whatever IDGAF) hitting the Pentagon, because fuck those dicks. I think they sent us home early, and I played The World is Not Enough on N64, shooting the terrorists on the London underground level.

I was living in New England at the time and I learned later that one of my classmate's father was supposed to be on one of the planes that hit the WTC, but missed his flight.

I was in school, not american so all we did was get informed of it and had a minute of silence and then just keep on doing regular stuff. I was pretty sad about it, I was kinda existensial as a kid (watched a documentary about black holes at like 7, was awestruck of the concept of a huge ass sphere just sucking up everything, got thinking alot about what if earth got sucked up) so it struck a nerve, that many peeps dying at the same time.

don't be so bitter. It's good we will finally be able to watch how those fucks have to reinvent their idea of what is going on and be able to say all the i told you so's, but people needn't suffer and shouldn't suffer, the disillusionment and a shattering of their arrogance is enough, they don't deserve violence and death. also pretty much the whole world is in this together now.

If you pretend to be retarded in order to set off the radar of retard detectors, then are you actually just a signal beacon or is that giving you too much credit? Are you relying on smart people assuming that you're doing something more clever than it first appears, in a kind of gambit to assess the general posting population? How much do you bet on the idea that people will respond in order to fuel your fleets of fancy towards posting easily refutable nonsense. Are you trying to assess the relevance of other people's influence? Are you waiting for people more clever than you to fill in the intelligence gap that you leave without any semblance of shame?

The United States spent trillions fighting wars because of him, and spent billions trying to kill him and him alone. That's money that could have gone to building houses in LA or NYC or sending kids to college and etc. The sheer amount of material resources wasted by the United States following 9/11 shows how badly we've lost. Bin Laden didn't have to fight a war to do irrevocable harm to the US. The US did this to itself.

If you really believe we went to Iraq/Afghanistan and now Syria because of “terrorism”, and that all that money that went to defense contractors, KBR, and Halliburton, was “trillions spent” fighting terrorism, you’re sorely mistaken. These “wars on terror” were never about that at all, but the ongoing wars have redirected a hell of a lot of taxpayer dollars into profits for a number of large corporations. Believe it or not, yes the taxpayers hand out trillions, but many people such as Dick Cheney made a hell of a lot of money on these “wars on terror”. It’s a nasty game and most of it is for-profit and getting the American taxpayers to throw trillions to many big corporate interests.

It's mutually beneficial, since the military industrial complex employs millions of people and drives research into cutting edge technology.

I'd rather have the world's strongest military (with some smidgeons of corruption here and there), versus some weak, pussy-ass shit for homeland defense.

Tiny European armies have special forces that make US special forces look like suburban mall militias.

Quality =/= Quantity

US Army is just the Soviet army with more boats and AR's instead of AK's. It's (overpriced) ineffective shite.

I go around promoting mockery of belief in military-industrial complex so I can sell retarded conspiracy theories to USAians like flat earth, raw water, DNA activation binaural beats videos, anti-vax, and so on instead so West eventually bankrupts itself while destroying its health and welfare and turns into third world shithole even worse than Russia. With the hope, West can increasingly suffer disease epidemics from all this to help more pressure destabilizing internally.
