does anyone else find pregabalin can be quite function between 300-600mg and makes you more chattty, the world less abbraisive?

However it seems to take a while to kick in and have a weird creeping effect, if i take too much i actually end up twitching, i was trying to pick up a glass and it shot out my hand and smashed on the floor. Then speech becomes gibberish

Anyone else had such good/potentially bad effects from pragaba?

What's up with all these enthusiastic pregbalin posts all of a sudden?

We get it, you took some of grandma's Lyrica to get fucked up. It's basically the same shit as gabapentin. It's nothing special, we don't need 15 threads about it.

What the fuck does that have anything to do with my post lmao.

I'm 100% for cannabis legalization across the board, even if I don't smoke anymore. Youre a retard

Lot's of people have scripts for it, in Europe it's quite common for anxiety.

Pregabalin and gabapentin are very popular in the U.S. as well. If I'm not mistaken pregabalin was one of the top 10 best selling medications in 2018 in the U.S.

Used to love Lyrica/Gabapentin, at high doses they're incredibly euphoric. End up feeling pretty braindead after a binge, though. And don't ever get addicted to them because the withdrawals (at least for me) are fucking awful. It was like a benzo and opiate withdrawal in one. I remember one afternoon early in my withdrawal where I hadn't slept in 2 days, my skin felt like it was on fire and I was dripping sweat from every single pore in my body. It was the only time in my life that I seriously considered killing myself.

NB: Should clarify that I'm talking about getting addicted to recreational doses. The withdrawal I had happened when I was quitting cold turkey after doing retardedly high dosages for a while. If you've got a script and you're not regularly taking more than prescribed than you should be okay, though I've read posts of some people having a rough time even then.

Pregabs were fun, at least for someone like me who cant afford luxurious narcotics. The withdrawals were mostly depression if I remember well

If you get really drunk it helps the withdrawals a ton, but it feels like you immediately become addicted to booze too and have to keep drinking to function.

One of my favourite drugs and I’ve had a hard time stopping.

For me it feels between Benz and ecstasy and the fact I get this shit for free and just have to walk in the pharmacy on the first day of the month is a insane

. I don’t dose no more than three times a week. Also beyond two consecutive days don’t bother trying to get high on them.

I can definitely get high on them more than 2 days in a row, the high just goes from "fucked up" to high. Like you won't be tripping balls kinda high, but you still get an extremely elevated mood and slight mania. Personally I find it completely worth it to binge on the shit until it runs out, but you are definitely wasting a ton doing this because of how rapidly the tolerance builds.

Going through pregab withdrawal right now. The insomnia is atrocious. Currently Tues midday, last proper dose was on Thursday. Hope to fuck it'll all be over soon.

I have no idea how the studies said the WDs are minimal.

Good luck to anyone else going through WDs <3

O boy, you are in for hell of a wd. It is rare, but when it happens it lasts quite long. It also seems to be fuckin random. I been taking 300mg (split in two doses) for few months with few weeks of break after and never had any symptoms of wd. There are people who been through hell after using 100-150mg for two weeks.
How much were you taking? Did you taper?

Been taking it for about four months, was on 300mg once a day last month, stopped abruptly and had minimal withdrawal symptoms. Upped it to 225mg twice a day this month and stopped abruptly as my script ran out, and was totally unprepared for the WDs considering my experience last month.

At six days in, things are looking like I'm over the hump (got about 10 hours of sleep last night although I still feel unrested), my restlessness and hypersensitivity have dampened; so right now I just have to manage the temperature and focus on keeping mentally calm.

I seem to be one of the unlucky ones at it kicking in on a moderate dose; I also have chronic fatigue, dunno if that's a factor.

Hang in there buddy. Judging from your experience it seems like dosing multiple times throughout the day makes wds worse. This was also my experience with a lot of drugs, pregabalin seems to be another one that fits this category.
