Does anybody have a rough equivalence ratio between Lyrica (Pregabalin) and benzos (klonopin specifically)? I know they are totally different drugs but i'm withdrawing from benzos and i need to know how much pregabalin to take. Thanks

Pregbalin withdrawal is much worse than benzo, like a thousand nails in your skin, not nice. it has cross tolerance with benzo, start with 150-300mg dont go above 6-900mg to be sure. But its Hell to get hooked on compared to benzo. Its much more fun to get "high" on than benzos tho for sure but withdrawal is hell

is it REALLY? You can't have seizures from pregab withdrawl

Not to try and undermine what you're saying or what you've gone through, but i've started and stopped pregabalin at high doses several times

I wouldn't say there is a way to compare doses Op they're different drugs, the high is warmer on pregab

I get a rare side effect and experience some mad myoclonus if i go >400mg its fucking shit

If it's anything like phenibut wd i believe you, shit was not good, however the doc and medical articles online say lyrica is safer and less addictive, user reports vary a lot, some say no wd, others say hellish and worse than benzos... anyways i'm only taking 2x25mg at night to help me sleep and 1x25mg in the morning when i inevitably wake too early to try and sleep a bit more and stave off bennzo wd symptoms.
Doing this i passed from 2mg per night to 1mg per night fairly painlessly for now.

Yeah i know, seeems to be similar to phenibut, but at the lower doses like the ones i'm taking i don't really feel much, but it does stave off the bennzo wd symptoms quite nicely

Maybe not if you take pansy 400mg doses you fucking cunt. How dare you come onto this forum thinking you're hot shot advertising you dont experience horrible withdrawals ? I took 9-1500mg every 12-16 hours daily for 3-4 weeks with a very uncomfortable turkey withdrawal. Even tapering down at that point isnt attractive but less harsh than cold turkey ... Every minute felt like 5 minutes because the pain is so bad and unique. But I recommend L-theanin or ashwaghanda for withdrawals since they work on GABA receptors as well and arent addictive. L-theanin kills anxiety very effectively and you can get it on any health supplement shop. Can probably get some "high" on it ..

Just from reading your comment I ordered L-theanin right there and then, hope it is as good at killing anxiety as you say, because I have a severe fear of social anxiety and just plain anxiety in general. I don't have benzo withdrawals yet thanks to moderate use, so I got this just for my anxiety.
