How is phenibut in euphroic qualities compared to xanax/etizolam/clonazepam, would you rather take a good benzo or does it have unique effects. What other GABA substances are there, i can think of lyrica, l theanin, ashwaghanda, benzo, phenibut

More euphoric than benzos by far for me. Somewhere between Lyrica and GBL.

it has effects benzos don't have. it could be quite euphoric, which felt similar to the euphoria baclofen would produce for me. it greatly enhances music appreciation and sociability

Is phenibut less worse than xanax/diazepam in terms of abuse/addiction potential. and physical dependance factor ... How is the withdrawal compared to regular benzo withdrawal? Swim is familiar with lyrica, does pheni have lots of those qualities and that neuropathic pain killing feature you get from lyrica as well? (usually benzo doesnt have this effect like lyrica does)

Phenibut w/ds are horrible, waking up as soon as the sun crests the horizon and psychosis. Some other effects like anxiety and such. Won't kill you like a benzodiazepine w/d might, tho

no lifelong fucking up receptors but phen addiction very textbook drug addiction pattern.

phenibut works very similarly to gabapentin and lyrica, if you want to read about phenibut in the literature you have to read the russian->english translation since it was developed by the ruskies (as an alternative to benzodiazapines, their philosophy was to give it to astronauts in cases of stress without causing negative effects on their performance like other drugs would)

that being said, phenibut tolerance builds extremely quickly (most recommend using it 2-3x a week MAX, and at a low dosage level)

also the withdrawl is terrible, I'm not sure of its seizure potential but its a nasty drug to have to withdraw from

Phenibut was nowhere near as good as benzos to me. It felt vaguely dissociative, and a tad bit stimulant like. No appetite, no euphoria, just kinda spacey and out of it. Got from LM so it's legit. Definitely go for a benzo

Phenibut is a joke compared to other benzos, especially if you're looking for euphoria. It has a stupid long come up, very low euphoria and generally if you're in the States, you're better off going with Eitzolam or trying to find a way to get prescribed Kpins or Xanax.

The only people I know who do it on the reg are fucking loser pick up artists who insist that taking it in the morning makes sure they're more confident at night. The only potential for Phenibut is converting it to a salt (unreasonably expensive) and snorting it.

Don't bother.

Phenibut was initially created for non-abusable therapeutic purposes. Essentially, phenibut's creation came out of wanting the functionality of a benzo, but without euphoria or other recreational aspects. In that regard, phenibut serves its purpose.

So no seizures? I've been using roughly 500-800mg nearly every day for a month and I'm nervous about wds. I've been through benzo wd and that was awful.

no seizures, just suckage. it works differently than benzos do.

also that's a very low dose, you might get off easy if its your first run. like benzos, every time you start and stop it gets exponentially worse to quit

Benzos aren't recreational or euphoric unless you have anxiety and phenibut feels like a a comeup on ghb crossed with gabapentin that never develops further. Phenibut is a lttle more recreational than benzos but both are a bit shit. Try to get ghb if you want a recreational drug.

This is not true as I've had 2 seizures while coming off of phenibut. It was honestly the hardest thing for me not to just immediately re-order some of it after getting out of the hospital but now that it's out of the house it's obscurity is the only thing keeping me from going back.

This was closer to 5grams every other day though.

youve never had any seizures before nor had taken any other drugs for months?

All I could get around the time was the phenibut from a bodybuilding website that will remain unnamed. I was getting capsules because it made it easy to dose a gram or 2 in the morning and have a day of easy conversation and blow through work. The only other things I was doing at the time were smoking my weed and drinking some nights out of the week.

I honestly didn't know what to blame when the first one hit and I woke up getting walked to an ambulance. For a few months afterwards, I didn't touch the Phen I still had at home but eventually got back into a few grams every other day. When the second seizure hit me on the 3rd day of no dosing, which was around the same time without dosing I had gone before the first grand-mal, I realized that the phen was to blame.

Since then it's been over a year and I haven't touched the stuff. I also haven't had another seizure, but take from it what you will. There are hardly any seizure reports on the internet concerning phenibut, but it's also a drug hidden behind CCCP Cyrillic reports from a decade ago. I assume that as it gets more popular we'll hear more seizure stories pop up here and there.

As with everything, drugs affect people differently and I could simply be more susceptible to seizures than your average person. I will state, though, that the only two seizures that I've ever had were both 3-4 days after ceasing phenibut. Take from it what you will, but I think it's worthwhile to at least put my story out there.
