It used to happen before but recently its even worse. When i go out i usually pop a xan or two just so i dont have to drink as much and because i love them (obviously) But i tend to act out and do/ say shit i dont mean and regret it the next day, a few weeks ago i made my gf cry and my friends are stating to tell me im doing this shit too much. Have any you experienced this and is there a way to help mitigate this? I

Do you maybe think. intelligently aggressive. As one might say something that needs to be really said, and or done. But others would not seek.

The concept you're both trying to convey (it appears) is its impact on inhibitions. For some people, benzos reduce inhibitions even more than alcohol. People who are naturally prone to violence due to mental health related reasons etc., are arguably more likely to get angry/violent whilst "barred out."

xanned out me talked to a girl I really liked and messed it up bigtime. Drunk me messaged her a few months after apologising and now we're on talking terms. Maybe have a shot with her again, idk. Going to try though, really liked her.

TL;DR correct your xanned out behaviour with drunken behaviour

dont really do that but this is how it went for me
