No. And unless you've got some expensive as shit lab equipment on hand, you aren't going to get that kind of accuracy out of your pH measurements anyway. Just get it around 5.5 and you'll be fine.

Your only issue you'll hit with coco growing isn't just the lower PH you'll need compared to soil but coco has this weird relationship with calcium, it absorbs it and won't let the plant have as much as it needs, that's why coco formulations exist so they can pump it full of enough calcium to circumvent that.
