stretching is a sign the plant is seeking more light. Could be a general lack in light intensity, but in you're case I think it's the shadow cast by the rim of the pot. Fill the container up some more and you should be fine.

Your soil also looks a bit wet, it's best to err on the dry side since Cannabis dislikes wet feet.

Sorry, this poster is right. I WAS trolling. I'd increase your light intensity or bring the light closer to the plant. They're stretching for the light. Best of luck, OP.

my seedlings did this outside, i just had to find a better spot for them with more direct sunlight and now they're growing fast and not stretching nearing as much.
