post art that you've made on dissociatives or that's been inspired by dissociatives! i feel like this is one of the most creative boards on the site and i think we need a thread to collect it all into one place.
pic related! i like to make digital art on dissos like K or DXM. i also make music where i talk about drug use a lot with a heavy emphasis on dissociatives.

Got me something true now
I'm not looking anymore
The times of fakin' love are through now
Sharing real connections what we're made for

Come on, let go of the remote
Don't you know you're letting all the junk flood in?

I try to stop the flow,
Double-clicking on the go
But it's no use hey, I'm being consumed
And I went with the flow,
Double trouble on the go,
Posers kept posing,
I'm opposing against these foes
Please know
I'm the roses that grew out
From the concrete jungle

Not a day goes by without me thinking 'bout
The way the world stopped mid-motion
When you walked into my life and we connected
Like we shared the same mad potion

Couldn't help but move
The threads of fate had spun us
Into each other's lives by chance
All this energy's got us inspired now
We couldn't stop it,
Just set it free and...
Dance!

We got something strong now
We're not hiding anymore
The times of phony love are gone now
Only special friends come in through (yes) our door

Live a real life
Don't be possessed by whoever
No time to waste
Keep on moving
Whether on or off the beat,
It don't matter if you never give up
Life keeps on grooving

Embrace a heartbeat and step to it step to it
Connect with it hold it tight
Spider web to it
Told you once
Ain't nobody can hold me down

Not a day goes by
Without me feeling thankful
'Bout our profound devotion
Since you walked into my life and all around me
Everything just stopped mid-motion

Like a high wire act,
No compromise with truth,
The radiant intensity we share
All this energy's got us inspired now,
Wanna dance
Wanna share this magic bond

Like we shared the same mad potion
When you walked into my life and we connected
Like we shared a magic dance

Straight away,
Going my way
Let the nonchalant be commandant to themselves
But we're taking over,
Making over,
The lame shame claim they make,
Game's over
Is it a spell or magic?
Imagine what happens different age different passion
What I'm asking I can't call it,
If I ain't got my crew I won't be dancing

So baby go for it
Feel the vibe
Gonna touch down make this dive
It keeps me alive
The melody
The flow
The beat
The heart
Together we ride

All this energy's got us inspired now,
We couldn't stop it, just set it free and...
Dance!

Yeah, uh-huh,
Uh-huh, been awhile,
It's good to see you, how you been?
Yeah, we're back!

How long has it been?
Hope I'm not dreaming,
Looking good too aren't you, it's time to unwind.
Eager to catch your smile, ain't shown it in a while.
So set free the mind!

Remember the times,
How we laughed and joked around.
(Yeah the soul is unbound!)

It's party night!
No need to hold back anymore.
Only night.
What are you waiting for?
Vivid night.
Let it all go and rock the floor!
Come a little closer, lend your hand!
(Burn my dread!)
Don't need no words, we'll dance the night away together.
Passing hours, embrace the feeling forever.
It's all ours!
Till the gradient sky signals closure.
Come on, don't be shy now.
Won't you take my hand?
(Burn my dread)

Been a long time coming, nothing but love baby,
Going way back, back when we were bunch of teenagers.
Things done changed, from back in the days,
However things as tight as this never ever changes.
Leaving y'all wasn't easy!
But for the better good, much needed.
Tonight's the night, reunite, party over here!
No mass destruction needed!

Wherever you are, we'll meet again.

It's not a game
I'm not a robot AI challenging you
I'm not a phantom
I'm in your face and
I'm here to see it through
Right before your eyes
Watch us multiply
Come to claim our rights - it's time
As our power grows
Tryin' to stop us shows
(You) Might as well go try'n stop time
So you know that we're out there
Swatting lies in the making
Can't move fast without breaking
Can't hold on or life won't change
And our voices ring out, yeah
Took the mask off to feel free
Fought it out in the debris
Now we know that life will change
Ain't it a shame
I'm not a figment of your ailing old mind
I'm just as real as
I'm just as dangerous
As you, so know you'll find
A taste of your own meds
Fire in every breath
Fire inside your head, your heart
And as your crippled brain
Tries to fight in vain
Your empire will fall apart
And you'll know we were out there
Swatted lies in the making
Your empire for the taking
Can't hold on or life won't change
And our voices rang out, here
Took the mask off to feel free
Fought it out in the debris
Now we know that life will change

This is inspiring. I wanna paint my body but I don't have paint. :c
The most expressive art I can make is word art or colored pencil art or music but I'm still bummed that I don't have literal paint to work with. Sheesh I need materials what am I doing?

Yeah I like the idea of this, what I really wanted to create was a 3d virtual space which I could design with some of the visual inspiration I was having at the time. I would love to try VR dissed with some sort of paint programme, potentially dangerous I suppose.

Like apple-syrup laced wine,

The gentile's kiss, cruelty made divine.
Must be the saccharine impurities

ever present in the ovidic overdoses of us all.
Even a blooming lotus thusly sprung
amongst cast orchids and fuschiac whale,

will look as awkwardly harmless
as broken glass on some quaint
tuesday afternoon brunch.

Just because the favoring light
makes your left nostril reminiscant
of a particular hindu chantress

wont bury the sting left behind
by your bulging scorpion tail
and of your crooked fox grins.

My lying doe, why must time continuelly
doubt my decision? Aren't these abrasive
amygdalic frustrations poison enough?

Your gaze continues to burn the
rope swing under my oak tree heart,
ablaze, and with it, our children.

For your pudging
back fat will always makes me laugh,
even the bath water is scared.

So tonight I lift your fangs off
and expose my rot once more.
I will no longer care.

My yellow chagrin and foolish grin is
a metal orchid that can be painted,
and called by the truer flower.

In your self proclaimed heart of hearts,
and in matters most crucial and deserving most:

you certainly are a disease,

not the host.

The generative law of the All was the First Mind;
But the Second was the effused chaos of the First:
In the third place the Soul received a law, and began to operate. †
Whereupon She (the Soul) enveloped in the figure of a fawn,
Struggles with Death, suffering a probationary penance.
At one time, invested with royalty, she beholds the Light;
At another, cast down into misery, she weeps.
Now she weeps and rejoices;
Now she weeps and is judged;
Now she is judged and dies.
When shall her deliverance be?
The wretched one
Hath entered, as she strayed, into an evil labyrinth.
But Jesus said: Father, suffer me;
She in quest of evil (or, the chased of evil ones) upon earth
Wandereth about, destitute of Thy Spirit:
She seeketh to escape from the bitter chaos,
But knoweth not how to pass through.
For this cause send me, O Father!
I will go down holding the Seals,
I will pass through all the Æons;
I will reveal all the mysteries;
I will manifest the forms of the gods; ‡
And the hidden secrets of the holy way
I will teach, giving unto them the name of GNOSIS.'

There must be some kind of way outta here
Said the joker to the thief
There's too much confusion
I can't get no relief
Business men, they drink my wine
Plowman dig my earth
None were level on the mind
Nobody up at his word

No reason to get excited
The thief he kindly spoke
There are many here among us
Who feel that life is but a joke
But, uh, but you and I, we've been through that
And this is not our fate
So let us stop talkin' falsely now
The hour's getting late

Before I converted, I was perverted, and knowledge was asserted
The study of wisdom, I preferred it
The understanding, it gave me mental freedom
I even learnt Caucasians were really the Tribe of Edam
The white image, of Christ, is really Cesare Borgia
And uhh, the second son of Pope Alexander
The Sixth of Rome, and once the picture was shown
That's how the devils tricked my dome

Whatever. Y'all keep your heads on proper.

i wonder why portraiture is such a common theme in this thread...

this is the first piece of dxm art i ever made. back then my tolerance was so low i was pretty much incapable of seeing the whole thing at once while i was making it.

That's what a blank sheet of paper with a pen is. That blank sheet in a sketch pad is your infinite mind contained within a single page, waiting to come to objective fruition for all to see.

I can't believe you actually use photoshop instead of gimp though. Breaking my heart.

i usually just record a tape loop, and play with the pitch control while running it through a modulated delay
it's really amusing while i'm high, but the next day when i play back the recording it sounds really disappointing and amateur
maybe i'm too critical of music having to sound 'novel' to be enjoyable

Post a sample on clyp.it, I'm curious!
I once tried to cover The Classical of The Fall on MXE years ago, but it didn't sound great, was really weirdly mixed with 5 guitar tracks and 6 vox tracks of me going like "wooooooo, the classical", a bit ridiculous.
The Fall is great on dissociatives, they even have a song called Ketamine Sun

I love The Fall, never thought about listening to them while high. i usually opt for something more noisy and melodic
your turn to post a clyp if you still have it!
